This crap really ticks me off.
Recently, I pulled up to a window at a McDonald’s in Springville, Utah (just off I-15 at the Love’s Truck Stop) with my USMC hat on and the young man took my order via speaker. I pulled up and had my money ready when he said “Semper Fi” to me. I asked if he had been in the Marine Corps. He said he had and that he had served in Afghanistan and had been wounded there.
The first problem I had with this young man was that he was too young. Then I asked him, as I waited for my food to arrive, what units he had served in while on active duty. All of a sudden his face went blank and he began to get really nervous. He told me to “hang on” while he went to get my food and returned to say that he had to go. I again pressed him for an answer to my question and he told me he didn’t know. I asked him why he didn’t know. He said, “Because I was shot in the arm and don’t remember.” I asked to see his arm – nothing visible.
I looked at him and was about to let him have it when he abruptly told me to “Have a good day!” and shut the window on me. I started to pull into the lot, park, and get out of the car to confront the young man but decided he had gotten the message loud and clear.
I lost good friends back in the day and these guys really tick me off. If I ever see that young man again he will hear from me in no uncertain terms. I think I’ll use my Platoon Sergeant voice on him. Maybe that will scare the hell out of him and he will stop being a POC faker

I, a GW1 vet, have a long running restoration of a Land Rover Defender going on in my driveway. I would be honored at the thought, which is very, very nice. However, I would hot be pleased overall. The satisfaction of slowly restoring MY machine to better than new condition by myself, using the resources, knowledge, and skills I have available to me, IS what is satisfying to me. If I were to come home to find it all done I would have been robbed of doing it myself, and not happy about it. I would love it, sure, but my goal is not the material possession of a perfect vehicle. It’s the pride I know I’ll feel as I take my Defender on an expedition, or just to the grocery store that every inch of it was restored by me. That said, if I were offered credit for parts, and services beyond my capabilities I would happily accept. I often fantasize about Jay Leno, or Jeremy Clarkson, or some major political figure coming and hanging out in my driveway and helping out. I’m sure it would be a win win for both of us. Those guys could reconnect with reality for a weekend or whatever, and they could bring needed parts and accessories it will otherwise take me years to save for.
He had worked on this car for years with his Dad, who passed away. He then put it in the shop to be finished. So at the time the repairs were paid for, it was already in the shop. Nobody robbed him of doing it himself.
This is an ideal example of a basic ‘divide and conquer’ tactic. An issue which is (or made to appear ) divisive among a generally unified group of subjects (Blaze readers) is used to destoy the cohesive bond. (Very powerful mojo) by nudging them to take sides against one another.
It seems obvious to me that The Blaze is creating this division intentionally. The question, is why?
Too bad those kids were sold out decades ago. I hope they soon realize their slave mentality has been exploited. They have been failed by us. I feel shame. They, and their statistical brothers in death are more stats of the still rising death toll from Utopian fantasies.
Point at who. We are not Brian Ross. I'm going to wait until the authorities start to figure this out, or a group takes responsibility. For all we know now, it could be gas lines.
RJJ: Yes could be . Just seems odd because of the location but stranger things have happened .

Marijuana should absolutely be legal to use for whatever reason the consumer wishes, be it medicinal or recreational. There is no harm in that plant or it’s consumption. Any reasoning to the contrary is simply clouded by propaganda of one sort or another.

She obviously didn’t want to send back the wedding gift. What other reason could there be?
She sent back the husband....the heck with the gift. A very unpleasant women. I had never seen her before with her foreign policy creds. Seems like Ryan was was debating both Joe and her. As for O'brien....not a very convincing source of knowledge on much of anything.
There isn't much anyone can do with an iPod full of Obama speeches, anyway. She probably uses it as a paper-weight.

Liars! The whole bunch of them. A couple hundred years ago the French citizens knew what to do with ‘em.

Textbook terrorism. We must not let them do this to us. I wish I was in Texas. I would be ON campus ready to call their bluff…….or die.
