  I am a Veteran Service Officer for Vietnam Veterans of America and, as most VSO’s understand the current law, VA can appoint any person as as fiduciary agent for a Veteran deemed by VA to have problems with personal fiduciary responsibility! To have a person declared incompetent requires a Court action/order after a court hearing! Can VA step up to take such action, yes when VA is sole custodian of the Veteran and there are no family members to interact with, such would be the case when the Veteran has been commented to a VA long term care facility and family members have abandoned the Veteran! Does it happen much, No, but it does happen! VA facilities are “Gun Free,” Zones, so there should not be any current problems!

  Houston, we have a problem, the stance taken by the Obama is that of a novice,anything shooter, much less a skeet shooter, besides, don’t clay pigeons fly up into the air, or his he just taking a shoot for the photo op! I could be wrong, but the recoil should kit him off his feet, and his left shoulder must hurt! And we use smokeless powder! Do we suspect Photoshop?
