I guess money means more to them than getting the truth out. Since both parties are bought by the same people. Those so rich that they control most of the world's political power and the US is the only bastion of Freedom Loving humans on earth. Oh wait nearly all the earth wants freedom but those whose money buys them power and control. We lost control of the United States of America in 1913 when Woodrow Wilson enacted the Federal Reserve and sold our future freedom out to International Bankers.
Thomas Jefferson warned about this exact fact.
And will we be able to win back our Republic and our Freedom.

The REAL problem is that the government shouldn’t be marrying ANYONE. Marriage is a sacrament that belongs in religious ceremonies. Period. Let the houses/organizations of worship figure this one out. Then either extend the (then) CIVIL UNION tax credits to all couples or — preferrably — abolish them completely in favor of a flat tax. Done. Then we can finally talk about how to push back on the communist take over of our government and economy.
Religion does not own the concept of marriage or the word either. It’s not just about same sex couples. There are millions of straight couples in this country who were married by the government without having to seek the permission of any church, and their marriages are just as real as yours. It’s been like that for a hundred years before we were born and nobody ever objected until they started talking about giving same sex couples the same opportunity. It’s not just a religious institution, and it hasn’t been for a long time. And if the government did get out of it, there would be gay marriage in every state. There most be a hundred religious sects in this country. There are bound to be a few who would say yes.

Still … If the point was to discuss “constitutional rights,” why not have kids write that down and discuss from there. Or write it on the chalk board. Having kids write that on paper … That’s very reminiscent of the “write it to remember it” method I recall teachers using. For that reason, I’m skeptical about the “open discussion” / “argument” rationale the school district has offered and am still inclined that someone (the attorney, the teacher … whoever) was leveraging this lesson for indoctrination purposes.

Free will? Really? If the kid decided NOT to do this of his own free will, would he have faced repercussions like the college student at Florida Atlantic University who was disciplined for not stomping on a piece of paper that said “Jesus?” Of course he would’ve been punished, because so-called Progressives are only interested in free will when it suits them politically. If this really happened, throw the book at the teacher.

Thanks or posting this, Madeleine. Please stay on this and let us know if Cheryl Sabb is disciplined and/or fired – as she should be – for this. First, as a teacher, she should know better; and we as the public need to insist that our teachers do. Second, teachers should be teaching truth, not skewed facts or opinions … teaching our kids to think, not what to think.

Good for you, PTR. Go to a state that appreciates and supports your business with the respect of rational thought.

Every morning before work, I send two letters to Comcast (one for my home, the other for my vacation home) asking them to carry The Blaze. Let’s keep it going ’til the truth breaks through!
