  Something definitely stinks – the timing of this. Could this have been what the Administration was holding over his head to take the CIA job in the first place? Or, is the Administration demanding his resignation now (BEFORE the hearing) so that he goes in to the hearing “disgraced” and the Administration can go to the MSM and claim that you cannot believe anything he says. Yup, week old fish stinky.

  Yup, expect to see this every Sunday from now until after the election in 2012. Will wait and see if he will manage to visit every church in DC and surrounds or try to settle on one or two.

  Problem is, if she were impeached, wouldn’t the people in her district just elect another Progressive? Does anyone in her district even know, or care, about her disdain for the Constitution? And, would they know what a “tenther” means?

  I think Rangel was won the primary (and because it is a heavily Dem. district, most likely the election) because we still have, unfortunately, too many people that have NO knowledge when they go into the voting booth and just see a familiar name and vote for it. Also, pulling out the “racist” card, like Charlie did, still goes down well with some Democrats.

  Lazio has been trotted out by the Republicans in NYS several times and defeated several times. What makes the GOP believe he would win this time? Guess the R’s haven’t gotten it yet – it’s about what the person stands for, not whether they might win or not (and basically be a Democratic-lite elected official).

  Isn’t it a waste of money to have elections in Chicago? Just ask the Democrats who should be Mayor and swear him/her in.
