  Mr. Tumpka can say what he wants, but consider this quote from President Franklin Roosevelt;
  “All Government employees should realize that the process of collective bargaining, as usually understood, cannot be transplanted into the public service. It has its distinct and insurmountable limitations when applied to public personnel management.”
  Mr. Trumka, you should at least done some kind of homework before you shot you mouth off, but then what should the American Public and your union constitutuents get is nothing but an Arrogant man who makes his money by taking it from hard working Americans and living a life that none you represent will ever live. Nope I would never give my money to such as one like you, incapable of understand history let alone mouthing off in public and erasing all doubt as to what you are.

  Is this a surprise NO! The Teacher in question just happens to be BLACK and the student in question just happens to be white. Welcome to the new world in which White people will be wrong no matter what. On and thank you Erick Holder, the Attorney General for the United States, not just the Black United States or the White United States but the entire United States for his abject failure in bring to justice members of the NBPP for their intimidation tactics at a voting site, and puting a bounty on George Zimmerman. Ahh, but their is the rub neither has Barack Obama condemned their actions. There you have it a Black President and a Black United States Attorney General shielding the Criminal actions of Blacks. I hope that people wake up, it is getting later then you think.

  I to have seen the ugliest side of America, Rep Clark. When a Black president refuses to calm an explosive situation in Florida in order to garner more face time with the media, and to show Black America that he is down with their struggle, even thought this incident not only makes black america look bad but our president, who as I last look represented all of America not just Black America.
  Equally ugly is this constant whinning that those who disagree with the democrate party are crazy or worse.
  Equally ugly is this notion by the democrate party and the President of the United States are willing to attempt to BUY VOTES by attempting to foist more and more entitlement programs on those of us who work each and every day 6 some times 7 days a week to be successful.
  No Rep. Yvette Clark, if there is an ugly side of America one need to look no further then those like you and the current sitting president of America.

More importantly didn’t President Obama say that if his plan was put into action the jobless rate would not go above 8%??   So a two british tourists are murdered in Florida, and where was President Obama and the State Department with that one? Why no where, it would seem that when a black man kills two unarmed White men, and that were not even citizens of this country, nothing gets said, business as usual. Makes one Wonder. At the very least President Obama should have called the parents, or sent a telegram offering his condolences but he didn’t. It could have been that neither of the White British Tourists would have looked like President Obama’s son.

  While we are seeing that Justice for this guy is going pretty quick, but lets think a little bit, how is Nidal Hassan doing?? Will their fate be the same?? Me thinks they better be.
  I would think that this Sargent has a greater chance of spending a lot time if not life in Jail, but again do you think that what this man went through was equal to what Nidal Hassan went through??
  How do they compare?
  How do they differ?

  Will the Muslim get treated better then a combat veteran who is not a muslim?
