  If you LOOK at the video, you can SEE the women is resisting arrest with an attitude! The officer did not slamm her into the car but was pulled to the car where she collapsed into the car because she was so damm DRUNK! The Chief of Police is a political position, and so has to answer to a bunch of D#^% H@%^&. I have seen much worse when a perp. does not want to listen to an officers commands.
