You decide, all through, the Constitution states in ARTICLE lV Section 2, ” The citizen of each shall be entitled to ALL PRIVILEGES (caps mine) and immunities of citizen in the several states.” Privileges appears to be a right under the USC!!!

Except for the 2001 and 2005 terrorist attacks, Clinton was POTUS.

To “Moderate”. The terrorist sensed a weakness in America’s resolve, and the unwillingness to recognize these terrorist acts as acts of war, they then stepped up their activites, but this time in America.

The Whole People Are The Militia

The Second Amendment reads as follows: “ A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms , shall not be infringed.” “The immediate impetus for the amendment has never been in dispute. Many of the revolutionary generation believed standing armies were dangerous to liberty. Militias made up of citizen-soldiers, they reasoned, were more suitable to the character of republican government.
Expressing a widely held view, Elbridge Gerry remarked in a debate over the first Militia bill in 1789 that “whenever Governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia.”
The Second Amendment is unique among the amendments in the Bill of Rights, in that it contains a preface explaining the reason for the right protected: Militias are necessary for the security of a free state. We cannot read the words “free State” here as a reference to the several states that make up the Union. The frequent use of the phrase “free State” in the founding era makes it abundantly clear that it means a non-tyrannical or non-despotic state. Justice Antonin Scalia, writing for the majority in the case of District of Columbia v. Heller (2008), rightly remarked that the “ close variations” were terms of art in the 18th-century political discourse, meaning a free country or free polity.”
    The principal constitutional debate leadi

Which Constitution??? The state of Virginia Constitution is clearly the authority here. The US Constitution gives the States the authority to enact their own Constitution and laws under the 10 amendment. The Attorney has no such authority to not enforce Virginia law and no such authority to ignore the US Constitution. Impeachment is applicable as is recall.

Like Democrats and some Republicans such as McCain says, ” Elections have consequences” and the HOR was won big by the Republicans.

We Are A Republic Not A Democracy
    Posted by :DailyPamphlet February 28, 2011 – 10:15am

The story goes that Benjamin Franklin was standing outside Independence Hall in Philadelphia after the constitutional convention had ended. A lady walked up and asked the great man, “Well Doctor, what have we got, a republic or a monarchy?” Ben Franklin thought about it briefly and responded, “a republic, if you can keep it.”
And so began the greatest experiment in governance ever undertaken. The republic Ben Franklin feared for, has lasted 220 years and is still going strong. Yes, it is presently being sorely tested but it is still intact and I believe will remain that way far into the future. The sad thing, is that many people in this country, don’t even know what a republic is, much less that they live in one. Many people will tell you that the United States is a Democracy. While there are elements of Democracy woven into the fabric of our country, it is absolutely not a Democracy in the strictest sense. James Madison wrote in the Federalist Paper No. 10, “Hence it is that democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and in general have been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths. A republic, by which I mean a government in which a scheme of repre

At some point, States will be forced challenge decisions made by courts, regulations made by federal agencies and laws made by feds and state legislative bodies, by judicial review. Otherwise they will have to close shop and allow a dictatorship to rule!

What the hell is the matter with some of you people. Romney was not good enough for you so we got O! Aiken was not good enough for you, so we got Caskill or what ever is her leftist name. Hilliary was responsible for the killing of four American , and you still give her credibility. Monica’S Bill Clinton lied and was convicted of prerjury and no complaint from you. Pull your heads out of your butts, Sandford is the republican candidate in SC. You have the choice to back a socialist/communist radical or a republican. The socialist/ communist will continue the destruction of this nation! Who will it be???

“There simply are not enough people that understand liberty and freedom to vote out the bad guys.
There are not enough people who care about the Constitution.

The ONLY people who will get voted out are the ones who stand against:
    – amnesty
    – gun control
    – gay “marriage”
    - free Obama phones

If you are against those things then you will get voted out real quick.

    It is truly sad!”
Stop right now! That is fatalism and should be put out of the minds of those in that frame of mind. The truth is the Republicans won big in 2010 and 2012. 232 seats in the house of representatives and they now have 30 governors as a result of those elections. The democrats won 203 seats a deficit of 29. Some say that the POTUS election result was perplexing and still is. The republicans have some sell outs like Toomey, Graham, and McCain to mention a few. But that’s no reason to become fatalist. good luck!

Talk about a whacko, this gun control moron say 90 % is for a communist type record check of all Americans. When was a vote taken by 300 million+ people in this country on a background check? If he cannot produce the date of such vote, then he is a GD liar.
