Well, as proud of himself as Mr. Searcy seems to be, he’s still just another foul-mouthed, unkind, rude Hollywood actor who just happens to be, supposedly, “right-wing.” I’m not impressed. Essentially, he’s Sean Penn–same ubiquitous and monotonous self-importance, just on the other side of the fence.

Here we go again with the fear mongering. We live in a world where the worst possible scenarios COULD happen every day, but, thank the Lord, don’t. I’m a conservative, but when conservatives (Glenn Beck and The Blaze, here) engage in the same type of fear mongering on the right as the progressives do on the left, it is no different in its illegitimate goal of keeping people fearful, distrusting, off-balance and agitated. “For the shields of the earth belong to God; HE (and He alone, by the way) is highly exalted.” Psalm 47:9.

These guys are a couple of foul-mouthed jerks. Unwatchable for that reason.

And yet Glenn’s advertising the movie at the front of every free video on glennbeck.com. Seems inconsistent to me.

  • February 24, 2014 at 6:46pm

YAWN……..as if this is the first time this kind of nonsense has been proposed.

  • February 13, 2014 at 5:30pm

Come on Glenn. You act like you’re shocked by this. Or that we should be shocked by this. This result is exactly what Obama INTENDED for the country–chaos, mayhem, disorientation, instability, a reeling and confused populace, feelings of powerlessness, etc. Obama made it clear that he and his Marxist progressive team would “fundamentally change” America. It is happening before our eyes, and even Congress is powerless to do anything about it.

Uhhh……….the good folks in this video have had too many trips through the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland, perhaps????? God has already communicated everything He needs for people to know in the Bible. This can be filed with the other silly stories of people seeing the face of Jesus in their pancakes, or trees weeping, etc., and reading into them some sort of divine communique. Don’t waste time assuming this sort of nonsense comprises communication from God until you’ve spent time reading what He has CLEARLY communicated in the Bible.

Why bother changing a Constitution which neither the President nor the Congress submit to? Nancy Pelosi has never cared about the Constitution, as evidenced by her unending support for her President who flouts it daily.

Why is The Blaze even reporting this kind of idiocy? The Blaze becomes more and more like a silly tabloid (read Enquirer, etc.) every day.

“They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not of us.” 1 John 2:19.

Either the democrats will win again come next November (almost a full year from now, so a lot can happen), or liberal, compromised Republicans will win their seats. Either way, America continues to lose.

Probably the same way all the originators of the bar songs felt about redeeming their songs filled with stupid drunken words with words of praise to God which became several Christmas carols. Bad attitude there saranda.

    Exactly. Well-said.

  • December 24, 2013 at 12:26am

He doesn’t care if he recovers. He will probably sign an executive order making himself America’s first all-powerful dictator and suspend any further presidential elections, while our completely irrelevant congress sits by as they have for the past 5 years, allowing him to do it.

Why does this ridiculous Blaze think this is even something worth calling attention to? I am so disappointed in the tabloid-level garbage The Blaze seems to think is news.

Glenn, as much as I love what you do, and your positions on the issues, the suggestion that Disney is on its way out is simply incorrect. While I absolutely agree with you and hate the direction the company is going, the simple truth is that it is a colossus, and only growing larger and stronger. It’s founding of companies and brilliant acquisitions of other companies through the years (ABC, ESPN, Marvel, rights to Star Wars, Lucasfilm,, rights to A.A. Milne work, Pixar, A&E, etc., etc.) and its unfathomably broad diversification (cruise lines, movies, software, radio, publishing, music, TV, hotels and resorts, travel, retail products, restaurants, theme parks, wireless services, real estate investment products, etc., etc.) will likely make it THE major player in the arena of media conglomerates and entertainment far beyond our lifetimes.

Alky, the Repubs will never again be back in power. And if they are, it will be because the Repubs will have moved so far to the left that they are virtually indistinguishable from the Dems, so that to vote for one is essentially the same as voting for the other. The Republican Party–and by that I mean the more conservative Party, has had opportunity after opportunity in the past 50 years to affect some real and lasting change back toward the Constitution and the values of our great Founders. With the possible exception of some aspects of the Reagan era, the Republicans have utterly squandered every single opportunity to do the right thing. On the other hand, the leftists, Marxists and progressives, when they come to power, use any and every means at their disposal–whether or not it is illegal, unconstitutional, wrong, etc., to run the ball so far down the field toward their goal, that the Republicans and conservatives are just left reeling. That’s where we are now. It is very unlikely that in our lifetime we will ever see things turn around, now that things have gone as far as they have. Worst of all, the left is able to accomplish everything with impunity, since no one has the resources, ability, or even the backbone to stand against it any more.

dads–sorry to say, but these democrats will be in office for the rest of our lifetimes. They have voted for the entitlements (Obamacare, etc.) which their uneducated constituents want, and have, wisely, created an unassailable voting bloc which now can never be undone. When the progressive leftists are in power, they wisely watch for every opportunity, every open door, every calamity, etc., which will allow them to increase their power. When the conservatives are in power, they do nothing to undo the progressive damage of prior Administrations, and do absolutely nothing to move the country back toward a Constitutional stance.

  • November 21, 2013 at 4:24pm

Sorry to say, but this Government stopped caring about anything the Constitution has to say long, long ago.

  • November 21, 2013 at 4:21pm

First stage???? I think prairieprof is right. We are way, way, way, way, way, way past the first stage. The “first stage” happened decades ago, and the leftward march has continued, and has picked up enormous speed in the past 5 years.
