  When you purchase goods online you don’t always have to pay Tax but you do have to pay Shipping & Handling which is usually the equivalent to a tax price. The theory that local retailers are suffering because of online offers is wrong. Local retailers are suffering because many people don’t want to deal with going from store to store while wasting gas and time. Shopping can be done from the comfort of your own home at the time that best for them, not the 10 am – 9 pm that local retailers offer.

  While shopping you can choose:
  buy from a local store and pay Tax
  buy from an online store and pay Shipping & Handling

  A buyer only saves time and gas money when shopping online.

  Let the shopper choose:
  Who they want to buy from
  What they want to buy
  When they want to buy it
  Where they want to buy from
  Why they want to shop there

  We the people of America are smart enough to know what to do with our OWN HARD EARNED MONEY!
  Congress doesn’t stay within a budget and seemly know nothing about money management, their main concern seems to be distorting America and its economy!

  Let the public decide and stop all this Money Grabbing, Tax & Spending by Congress!
  Taxes are like a drugs to them; the more they get the MORE THEY WANT!

  A. If there’s are no signs that stipulate “Female Only”
  B. If they failed to have this “Female Only” written in contract when enrollment of classes were agreed upon.
  C. They failed to inform the people verbally of “Female Only” prior to enrollment.

  Then it is your Citizen Obligation to SUE the party responsible for
  1. Discrimination
  2. Misuse of Taxpayer Dollars

  If this “Public Pool” did informed by means of;
  A. Signs that stipulate “Female Only”
  B. “Female Only” written in contract when enrollment of classes were agreed upon.

  Then it is STILL your Citizen Obligation to SUE the party responsible for

  We, The FREE American people can’t allow a group on people to Take Away our Freedoms!
