  I brought Madison Rising out to Los Angels, California, the Entertainment Capital of the world, to perform at the WakeUpAmerica 2012 Rally. The event was disappointing insofar as the numbers who showed up, yet still was the biggest conservative grassroots event in Los Angeles County history. The problem I was having was the lack of awareness in our community as to the importance of popular culture in delivering a message. I was the coproducer on the event and coming from the music industry here in Hollywood I was thrilled that Madison Rising accepted my offer to headline next to Dennis Prager, Bill Whittle, AlfonZo Rachel and Ted Hayes. However, I agree with Rich, that the constant stream of monotone chatter before the main events was like having Fox News streaming on stage. Nothing new was said, no great compelling message was delivered. If there was, it got lost in the in the mix. The high light for me was raising the money, promoting the event, meeting new friends and watching Madison Rising rip-up the stage with a rock and roll sound that is rarely heard in the halls of conservative events. To see a speech given by pundits on video from the comfort of your home is better than seeing them live if you want to really hear their message, but to see a rock band ‘live’ deliver the same message with great songs and performance is unforgettable. We had a great time on the Sunset Strip after the show. Thanks Rich, Dave, Sam, Alex and the band for rocking L.A. Conservatives.

  I am 57 years old and I, nor any one I know, has been called about a presidential poll.

  I live in Los Angeles and every one of my friends are not going to vote for Romney. Admittedly, I do not have very many Liberal friends but many of my family members and their friends who voted for Obama are changing their minds…. I can count n my fingers how many Obama bumper stickers I have seen in the Valley.

  The pollsters have a bias and/or an agenda. Fox News wants to be perceived as fair and balanced. They are executing a PR campaign when they do their pooling. They, like any rational human being, do not want Obama to win by making the Conservatives to comfortable.

  It is going to be a land slide…. Even if Romney screw up.

  If you live in Los Angeles, we are producing the largest Pro America Anti Obama Rally in LA County’s history on Oct 7. It is called WAKE UP AMERICA 2012 RALLY. Google it… Obama booked a fundraiser the same day and time to try and thwart this event. Do you know what happens to the Westside when 10,000 people merge at the Westwood Federal Building at the same time?

  He did a great job. He sings it with a lot of genuine soul. He sang it with purpose and confidence. Maybe with one slightly off note, but without music, in the freezing cold and millions of people watching live… damn good job. I would have advanced him to the finals in American Idols… oh my… am I going to be criticized for being to liberal with my spelling of idol?   This was a union job awarded to big donors by city council members. The difference here is it took less than two days to demolish this bridge where under ordinary conditions (demanded by unions) it would have taken three weeks. Who is the big winner here? What this accelerated demolition showed is how fast the unions can do a job if they want to. Typically, in their thuggish manner, they want to drag it out with twice the workforce in order to soak the city of our precious tax dollars. The LA Subway project also was fraught with delays, corruption, and incompetence (due to lack of competition) and resulted in a bigger tax bill than proposed. The worst tax bill is the amount of business small businesses lost during construction. Interesting consequence is that many of these small business go out of business and are bought up by city council crony’s who know the post construction values that are greatly enhanced by infrastructure improvements. To watch this blatant corruption is frustrating and to see how the same corrupt politicians get elected using Union money and resources is equally frustrating.

  I think it is smart to question the grades of Obama… He has done nothing to prove how smart he is. After all, he just got whacked by Donald Trump. Don’t you think that all those Liberal elites would want to know how he measures up? Isn’t it them that know they are smarter than those of us that are questioning Obama’s alleged brilliance? This is a dilemma for the Liberal Elite.
