I am getting calls from Conservative Strikeforce. Is this really a conservative group, or is this group going to give money to Karl Rove favorites? They said they give money to Cruz, Rand Paul, Rubio. Are they hiding the truth?

I wouldn’t pay any attention to what Lawrence O’Donnell says. The day after Scott Walker won the recall election, O’Donnell went on TV with a huge smile and said the real winner of the night’s election was President Obama. According to exit polls people said they’d vote for Obama over Romney, so O’Donnell took that as a sign Obama is going to win in the fall. He is either an idiot or a liar. I think he is both.

Does anyone feel safe with Janet Napolitano as head of Homeland Security? Probably the terrorists streaming across our borders.
August 10, 2012 at 7:08pm
I guess Obama has given up on running on his record or even making up a record. If the Democratic convention is just going to be about slamming Romney . . .
The word is out that Bobby dresses in lady lingerie but I don't have the SPECIFICS.............
BagdadBobby go away----You sir are a LOSER.
Robert Gibbs is obeying the law.
Political Action Committees act on their own. Campaigns are not permitted to interfere with their operations.
It would be illegal for Mr. Gibbs to comment.
LOL....yes HAIRYBETHELIZABETH...Gibbs is forbidden from commenting so he offers "we don't know specifics" instead of "I'm forbidden to comment".
You need better material airhead.
Riiiight Mary, Gibbs and the Obama Administration paid this guy for more than one attack ad. The first one was pulled to YouTube right off of the Obama Campaign Website - but hey Gibby knows nothing about the guy. Mary, Obama could crap on the floor and you would say its a piece of gold.

I had Chick-fil-A nuggets along with a grilled chicken salad for lunch today. I shouldn’t be so lazy in the mornings–I should get up and get their chicken biscuits for breakfast. I think they are called chicken minis and they are excellent. Don’t know who I love more Chick-fil-A or Allen West.

What about all the hate being directed at certain people because they are rich? or the Tea Party? or FOX? or Limbaugh? or Bachmann? These people cannot see their own hatred.

Countless groups have angel trees at Christmas. I think the military group used to do Toys for Tots until someone slammed them for helping Christians. Ministerial Alliance groups help coordinate food delivered to the homeless in the park–many cities. Most churches have a food pantry or a food drive. Our church has a group that distributes groceries, donates money to pay utility bills and similar family expenses, and holds English classes to facilitate employment for new arrivals to the country. I know my daughter’s church just did a project to provide fans and food for their community. I know of other groups who work together to provide wells and provide purification for water in various countries across the world. These people all work through churches. I forgot about the missions that are set up to provide food, clothing, and school supplies in this country and other countries.

I don’t know if you really believe this or not. On the chance that you do believe it, Jesus rose from the dead on Sunday. New covenant. Easter Sunday.
August 2, 2012 at 2:06pm
Years ago when I attended the National Education Association Representative Assembly some delegate would always want to institute a boycott against some group or person (often Rush Limbaugh). The NEA leadership would discourage it, saying it wasn’t a good idea. Well, they knew what they were talking about. The Chick-fil-A boycott the gay groups pushed didn’t turn out so well in their favor. In fact, it woke up a lot of people as to what was going on in the realm of free speech and bullying tactics against Christians.
You asked me if I believed that Jesus rose from the dead on Sunday, yes I do, and remember, Easter Sunday is once a year, not every week.
Are you saying we should change the 10 commandments? The sabbath is Saturday, I don't make the rules. The man upstairs does.
August 2, 2012 at 1:09pm
I was at Chick-fil-A yesterday. Everyone in the long line was mannerly and patient. You would think if they were filled with hate, like this professor says, there would have been some problems in line.
August 2, 2012 at 7:44am
I saw pictures of KFC, Wendy’s, and McDonalds with signs on their marquees saying they support Chick-fil-A. I guess certain local franchise owners wanted to show their support for free speech. They probably recognized they were going to hear it from the Gay Agenda people and be bullied from them. Walgreens recently signed on to the Gay bullies agenda. We know Target did. Hopefully some of the businesses with see CFA’s support and realize they need to take a stand. Verizon supports the Gay Agenda. There are countless others who have sponsored Gay Bully Agenda events.

I agree. I would rather the aide not call and apologize.

I wish the people would tell the press to KMA. Main Stream Media need to be held accountable for their blatant bias that has endangered our country and our country’s safety.
July 30, 2012 at 2:30pm
That’s the gay agenda. They want to rub your nose in it.
Let's try to compare some instances here.
This guy is refusing service to these people because of who they are. This draws protests.
A store changes company policy to say "Happy Holidays" instead of "Merry Christmas." This draws protests.
One is denying service, the other is not. Which protest do you think is more valid and more morally correct?
The one that is protesting the company that is refusing service to a group of people because of the way they are
Or the one that is protesting because a store chooses to include more people in their holiday greetings?
NICE TRY, MODERATIONISBEST
"But while his views on the matter may seem discriminatory to some, Phillips stands by them. In an interview with CBS, he noted that he has no problem making birthday, graduation or other event cakes for homosexuals, but that wedding cakes are a different story.
“If gays come in and want to order birthday cakes or any cakes for any occasion, graduations, or whatever, I have no prejudice against that whatsoever, he said. “It’s just the wedding cake, not the people, not their lifestyle.” "
So wait, you proved my point?
They are refusing service to gay people in particular instances. That is still refusing service.
I'm glad you proved my point.
Only a religious zealot would put biblical claims on a cake.
“It’s just the wedding cake, not the people, not their lifestyle.” “
It is their lifestyle.
There is no difference between a wedding cake for a straight couple and a wedding cake for a gay couple.
The ingredients are the same
It's baked the same way
They complain because they have no cake? Let them eat bread!
"There is no difference between a wedding cake for a straight couple and a wedding cake for a gay couple."
Big difference. One is real, one is a joke. Making a wedding cake for a gay couple is being complicit with it. You know that but, you are intellectually dishonest and a bigot. News flash genius, a man does not equal a woman and a woman does not equal a man. So "gay marriage" is not equal to marriage as defined. You and your ilk want to redefine it. Also, businesses reserve the right to deny service for any reason. If TNT fashions don't want to sell me clothes because I'm white, it's their right. I'll just buy clothes somewhere else.
THe militant sodomites want to blaspheme God and make us accept it because they are evil at heart. (Not all gays are like this. Many just want to live their lives. I have no issue with them. That is between them and God) But we aren't going lay down and take it.
Marriage is not in the constitution so the 10th amendment applies. EVERYWHERE gay marriage has been put on a ballot (inluding the left coast) is has been rejected. Liberal judges have overridden the people's will to get is legalized.
LOL...this board is littered with your idiocies Orwellianly named MODERATIONISBEST. You invoke the constitution while ignoring the rights given the states by the same constitution. 37 states have exercised their rights and delineated marriaged as between a man and woman. You mealy mouthed git...you insult one's intelligence with your excretions here.
There are some things where it is IRRELEVANT what the people vote for.
If something is unconstitutional, I don't care how you vote on it, it's wrong.
If the country voted to re-enslave a population, is it then constitutional? No, of course not.
Many things are constitutional until they are ruled unconstitutional.
Our founders wrote of life, liberty, freedom, and pursuit of happiness......while owning other human beings as property. They wrote the Constitution....and did unconstitutional things.
Marriage was never defined in most instances, which is why States are trying to pass constitutional amendments to define marriage between a man and a woman.
In 2010 I think, 46% of Republicans in Mississippi said they want to ban interracial marriage because it's against their "belief."
You therefore have no moral ground to stand on when Mississippi tries to ban interracial marriage be. They could say the exact same thing about interracial couples. "They're trying to force their lifestyle on me." "I don't care about it, just don't shove it in my face."
You have no grounds to say it would be unconstitutional for a state to try to pass an amendment that defines marriage between two people of the same race only.
Seriously, you people are a riot. For how much you hate homosexuality you people sure do love to talk about it.
You're the one who can't get through most of your posts without insulting me by continually saying "orwellian named Moderation" or making baseless accusations about my political affiliation.
So what you're saying is that if a State wanted to enslave an entire group of people and voted on that, it would be okay? Of course not!
You would have to exhibit some form of intelligence for me to be able to insult it.
See Orwellianly named MODERATIONISBEST...you bleat before you think. I said that these states excercise their rights for their constitutions...THROUGH the constitution of the United States.
Read what's presented to you you idiot instead of reacting like the lefty robot you are.
When I call you an idiot..it's not an empty insult..it's the truth. You ARE an idiot.
Stop insulting my intelligence wtih your flatulence you call posts and actually think before you write something.
Slavery was constitutional until it was ruled unconstitutional.
Lots of things are constitutional until they are ruled unconstitutional.
It is my argument that it is unconstitutional to say that gay marriage is illegal, therefore the way the people vote is irrelevant.
You have yet to exhibit any form of intelligence for me to insult, so I don't see why you keep making this statement as if it has any meaning.
Yeah Orwelliany named MODERATIONISBEST..that's right..keep trying to move the goal posts.
The states are given rights through the constitution. 37 of them have exercised those rights and stated marriage is between a man and woman in their own state constitutions.
I know you liberals hate the constitution..but it's the only thing stopping statists like you from seizing power.
I have never moved the goal posts, it is you who can't understand my argument.
I can't help but laugh at thinking that you were the type of people who would argue that the Constitution allows slavery, and anybody who is trying to outlaw slavery is a "statists" from "seizing power."
No, I'm trying to remove your oppression of people you disagree with.
You are a paranoid moron.

I admire Palin for not backing down from the constant attacks on her and her family. Palin versus Biden? It isn’t really fair to compare the two. Biden cannot be respected by any measure.
It is public knowledge, but never mentioned: Biden is literally missing part of his brain. He had brain cancer in 1988 (it was diagnosed soon after he dropped out of the presidential campaign in disgrace over his plagiarism -- and Biden credits that with saving his life), and he had an operation to remove the tumor.
@ Chuck Stein... Biden did not have brain cancer, he had a brain aneurysm. I just wanted to set the record straight.
@Pray For USA
Your right about Biden. He's a fake, a phony and has zero credibility. I can say the same thing about his boss.
Sarah Palin was the only thing that kept McCain competitive. When Sarah Palin was brought on board, the enthusiasm immediately changed.
Where McCain had struggled to fill an arena, lines outside events featuring Palin seemed miles long.
Polls prove, that until McCain inexplicably stepped into the media's "erratic" narrative by trotting off to DC to "save the economy," Sarah Palin had given the ticket a very real chance to win.
McCain was the one who made the terrible decision to 'suspend' the campaign. The numbers dropped that day and never went back up.
McCain led in one of a dozen polls before the announcement and would go on to trail in every one of the 100+ polls taken and included in the RCP average following that move.
After the bailout vote, support for the Republican ticket collapsed.
In Pew’s exit poll in 2008, voters who said Palin was a factor in their vote went for McCain by a whopping 56-43 margin.
Sarah Palin energized the Party, and carried Senator McCain farther than he could have possibly gone without her.
Sometimes Ms. Cheney, Father knows best....
Sarah Palin is a great vocalist for the Conservative cause so where she best serves this cause is in radio, TV, and print. As she has shown, she is a poor politician on the national level. Palin was an exciting choice, but I agree with Vice President Cheney that she was a poor choice. If anything, she simply wasn't ready yet for the big stage and should have stayed put in Alaska and continued to serve the people of that state. On a side note, John McCain was also a poor choice but you can thank the primary electorate for that.
"I admire Palin for not backing down from the constant attacks on her and her family"
Sarah Palin quit on the people who elected her. To me, she did back down by doing so.
Thank you, Liz. I was stunned when you're father said this. I love your Mom and have great admiration for your Dad, but he really goofed on this one.
Had it not been for Sarah turning his candidacy around, Mccain looked like a little whipped boy, I felt sorry for him. With Sarah, he stood in the wings and watched the love showered on Sarah and wondered where he went wrong.
Even today, people admit, they didn't vote for McCain, they voted for Sarah Palin.
She could whip obama and biden with one hand tied behind her back, she's that good and smart.
Only the jealous lefties smear her because she's a threat to them.
They will smear, degrade, call names, because they know she's a WINNER and want to squelch her with their lies. ("they" hate better than we do and it shows.)
Thanks for the (improved) 411
"Had it not been for Sarah turning his candidacy around..."
Yep, it sure turned McCain's candidacy around. That's why they call him Senator, right?
forget the jibber-jabber, cheny is a RINO!

He’s a leader with a plan and by that I mean God’s plan. And they’ll know we are Christians by our love . . .
July 27, 2012 at 4:59pm
Fundamental. Fairness. Both words are Obama words. Obama uses them all the time,
DON'T HATE THIS MINISTER FOR FOLLOWING JESUS' WORDS:
LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR, DO UNTO OTHERS
I gladly stand, therefore, with clergy around the country who are celebrating the fact that President Obama has stated what many of us have believed for a long time, namely, that all God’s children should be allowed to enter into marriage.
The fact that our president was willing to evolve his thinking around this issue sets a good example for the country.
Life progresses and ideas change, even in the realm of religion. Furthermore, many of us, gay and straight, are going to be paying attention to the campaign rhetoric around this issue.
The day will surely come for our country (and faith communities) when this issue will seem as senseless as old debates about interracial marriage, children of mixed racial heritage, or worse, if people of color actually have a soul.
(Yes, this was a real theological debate during the days of American slavery.) I predict that state legislatures will eventually see the light of this human rights issue, and when that day arrives, there will be open-hearted, open-minded clergy ready to perform marriage ceremonies for all God’s children.
And in my opinion, that will be a good day for America and a good day for churches all around this country.
You may claim to be a Christian but your philosophy is humanist and not Jesus Christ's.
Most of us here on this site know "we are not all God's children." The Bible clearly states most people are children of satan. I don't buy this satanic argument that sends people to hell. If we were all "God's children" why would we need to accept Jesus Christ? You are a angel of satan.
Check out Matthew chapter 7 as many will say in that day "Lord, Lord" "cast out demons, prophecied, and proformed miricles." Jesus will say "I never knew you" "depart from me"
So I say from your writing you may not even be saved. "If you love me you will keep my commandments." Love of God is first about obedience not some mushy feeling. "The beginning of wisdom is to FEAR God."
Are you even saved?
You claim to be clergy but I have to say your must work for the temple of bail.
Your thoughts are so wacked out even a new born Christian would recognize the sin in your talk.
Hitler, Clinton, and Obummer all claimed to be Christians as you do.
I stand for God. The only living God. The only breathing God. The Son of God Jesus Christ the Saviour to not all people but to those who accept and believe. This is the God that will send Obummer to hell along with Hitler if Obummer does not repent and turn from his wicked, vile, evil, satan backed ways. Obummer is of his father the devil. Read your Bible. God is not just love but a God of fierce wrath upon the wicked.
@ TX….Well since virtually all of society stil considers adultery to be wrong and harmful to society, there is no need to rail against it. However, if or when there exists a powerful lobby trying to convince the public that adultery is a laudable and acceptable behavior, we will be stating the Biblical view against it and will condemn the attempt to make that immorality ok
If you were actually a Christian and read the word of God you would understand that bans on interracial marriage are unbiblical. Moses married an Ethiopian woman and God struck his sister with leprosy whe she complained about it.
On the other hand, homosexual is listed as one of the behaviors that excludes individuals from heaven. Gay marriage is a mockery of God's order and the only Christians who seem to miss this are those who go to "churches" that are wholly owned subsidiaries of the democratic party.
