You people touting “the 5 minute delay”…….I used to smoke on my flights, brought my own beer, carried a Bowie on board(strapped on, no less), and could joke with the stewardess(that’s what we called them back then) without worrying about getting kicked off the plane(or arrested). TSA is nothing more than a joke. How many terrorists have they captured? Absolutely ZERO. When I got to the airport, I could be from front door to gate in 5 minutes or less.

We had them here, but our Supreme Court ruled they violated the state constitution, and they had to remove them. Shortly afterwards, they started posting cops near red lights. A friend had a funny encounter with one.

My bud drives a Dodge 3500. He decided he didn’t have time to stop, and proceeded through the yellow light. Cop wrote him a ticket for it, and local traffic court upheld the ticket. Two weeks later, the same cop that wrote him the ticket prior was behind him in the same area. As soon as the light turned yellow, bud locked the big dually down. Cop ran under the back of the truck. When the cop asked him why he didn’t proceed, bud showed him a copy of the citation from two weeks earlier. City had no choice but to pay for the damages to the truck, but the new Dodge Charger patrol car was totaled. They pulled the “red light cops” the following week after 4 more accidents from cops rear ending citizens.
