Is the Veterans Affairs Dept. Trying to Prevent Some Vets From Owning Guns?

From the National Association for Gun Rights latest newsletter: “One of the gun grabbers’ dreams is to declare anyone who’s been exposed to any combat situation as having Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Under President Bill Clinton’s administration, due to an adjustment in the code regarding mental health, 83,000 vets had their names added to the banned list and never even heard about it until they went to buy their next firearm.
And gun-grabbers make it virtually IMPOSSIBLE for veterans to get their name cleared.
One friend of mine, an Air Force veteran who served in Baghdad, has never been in any trouble with the law, but found out he couldn’t buy a gun upon returning from war.
He’s spent the last two years trying to get his name cleared and still can’t — meanwhile he has nearly the highest level security clearance the federal government hands out.
Tens of thousands of veterans from all over the country have similar stories.”

To paraphrase something I read about inanimate objects, if guns are blamed for violence, the white house, the building itself, is the blame for everything the man in charge there has done.

They can’t even enforce the firearms regulations they have but want to make more of them!!!!! “During the National Rifle Association’s meeting with Vice President Joe Biden and the White House gun violence task force, the vice president said the Obama administration does not have the time to fully enforce existing gun laws.

Submitting false information on an ATF Form 4473 — required for the necessary background check to obtain a firearm — is a felony punishable by up to ten years in prison, depending on prior convictions and a judge’s discretion, according to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

What a lot of people still don’t realize it that it’s not going to be our military that will be coming for the guns. It will be combined forces from the UN, DHS etc. This is going to get real bad real fast:-( All I can say is Maranatha!!!!!!!
