  The facts….
  The judge admits that he lost his temper and that he apologized to her for hitting her. He was a judge and could have had her arrested, Would she have preferred that to getting spanked?

  The daughter chose to live with him and not her mother when the parents split. If he was so abusive, why did she do this?

  The judge was putting her through college and paying all her living expenses including a Mercedes even though she is a grown woman at 23 and should be on her own. She has a genius IQ and was a piano prodigy so her being “disabled” is a poor excuse for her not being on her own by now.

  She dropped out of college and is working part time in a video store leaching off her father. When he confronted her to finish college and make something of herself she decided to blackmail her father to keep up the “support” payments or she would youtube the video. Now she has ruined his life and made a spectacle of herself.

  At 23, she is STILL a spoiled brat and she should be brought up on blackmail charges.
