  In the defense of the Colombian Christians:
  The local “Guerrillas” (Terrorists) follow either Marxist-Leninist or Maoist communism and as such, oppose religious practices because they “oppress the free will of the people”. Because of that they believe that the catholic church (biggest christian community in the country) must be erradicated for the people to “pregress”
  PS: the country is actually considered a catholic mayority nation and a lot of the population tends to be of a conservative-right point of view

  While Stewart makes me laugh and I do not watch Fox and friends (living in latin-america, sue me) I do believe there is a world wide war on christmas because:

  1) Atheists can’t process the if you dont like don’t celebrate/participate/watch rule and think that others need of them to be heard
  2) Extremists from other religions don’t like christmas so they want it banned; when organizing to make your own holydays festivities is more productive and favors cultural exchange.
