  Tail wheel is most likely solid rubber ; ). I am a ‘tail dragger’ owner and pilot, so it doesn’t suprise me that it is there, but i bet it is dry rotted and could shatter when moved.

  The School Board is there to provide accountability to the Superintendent. It is His job to run the school (Captain the Boat) and when he fails to do an adequet job, the School Board should replace that position. That is a School Board Members primary responsibility.

  However…It has is and will always be the PARENTS responsibility to provide adequet education for the children. Not the School District, Teacher or Government. So while it is sad to see the Board looking shocked, apathetic, distracted at the information provided, it is the Parents of the Children in the School System that are ultimately responsible. They will answer for this.

  I watch Joe every morning, as Glenn says getting the facts for myself. Joe wants to be relevant and needs friends to like him. To that end he will and has compromised on his former core beliefs. He is unable to articulate the conservative principles that at one time he held. He has a nice little show that probably translates on some levels in New York City but out here in flyover country, we just shake or head.
