  When did the government become the lead agency on my safety? I did not give up my job or aquiece to the power grab. Cops, fire fighters, and EMTs are the second responders! I am the first!

  Congress cannot legislate safety any more than they can legislate the economy. Get out of the business of trying to fix everything and do the jobs you were established to do. Read all the Constitution!
