  I remember in the early 70′s when i was really searching for God in my life. Was He really real? I really wanted to know with all my heart. My brother was in Viet Nam and I received a really upsetting letter from him. I went into my prayer closet and was crying and crying and all of a sudden the realization that sin wasn’t just in Viet Nam, it was in all of our hearts. I heard the voice of a man audibly behind me say, “I know Karen”. God called me by name.!
  It was a rather startling experience but only one of many that led me to the reality of Jesus and the cross and how God cared for me personally….Karen anderson…Angleton, Texas
