Sad thing is he didn’t get his trophy for showing up to life. Guess when he was spoiled with everything else and received so many other trophies for showing up they forgot to tell him it does’t really work that way.

I realize put in the wrong context what Mormons and Catholics believe is crazy. Well lets put regular christian doctrine into a bad context. First of all for thousands of years to not go to a bad place when you die you had to slice the throat of a animal then splash their blood on a statue. Very biblical and yet without context sounds crazy. Then at the end of the time period a guy died on some 2×4′s and now suddenly people stop slitting the throat of animals but because that guy died on those pieces of wood you wont go to a bad place when you die. Now i realize this sounds super rude and it is. But just want you to realize regular Christianity sounds pretty insane too when its said from the wrong perspective and no context. (I could have made it crazier and ruder but couldn’t bare it. Sorry if i offended. Just wanted to make a point.)

I beg someone to read or at least learn about “New Lies for Old” by Anatoliy Golitsyn. He was a high ranking officer who defected from the soviet military in the 60′s. He wrote this book years before it was published in 1984. But he kept saying Russia planning a fake collapse to get money and help from the west. So we can see multiple high officers from that era have said this.
” In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.”
19:16 And if an unjust witness rise up against a man, alleging iniquity against him;
19:17 then shall the two men between whom the controversy is, stand before the Lord, and before the priests, and before the judges, who may be in those days.
19:18 And the judges shall make diligent inquiry, and, behold, [if] and unjust witness has borne unjust testimony; [and] has stood up against his brother;
19:19 then shall ye do to him as he wickedly devised to do against his brother, and thou shalt remove the evil from yourselves.

I love how she says that you have to be the race in power to be racist. Obviously she has never actually looked it up in any respected dictionary. But then again maybe she considers urbandictionary.com to be a academically respected dictionary.
Websters Dictionary definition of Racist: “a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.”
Dictionary.com definition of racist: “a person who believes in racism, the doctrine that a certain human race is superior to any or all others.”
Oxford’s Dictionary Definition of Racist: “a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.”

He said he wants to take the museum on the road and I think that is one of the ways he wants to try and not just preach to the choir.

I loved the message and the story of the show. I must say I wasn’t in awe like i expected. I remember Glenn at one point saying that robots would be in the aisles and they would be doing a reenactment of world war 2. They just shot some fireworks. I like fireworks but still. i also remember him saying there was going to be a real huge tower of babel. There was not a tower like this. Little mini house thing they put on stage to symbolize it. The Robots on the stage barely moved at all. Beck also said at one point during the show you get sucked inside the moon. Since he always said this while talking about the presentation and how innovative it will be i thought it would some light effect or something but there was nothing like that. So all in all the presentation i felt Beck oversold and over hyped. I’m guessing they just couldn’t finish some things in time for the show.. Speaking they also had never had a dress rehearsal before. The show did have an excellent message that did touch my heart in the end though.
He is a master salesman. He is always teasing the next big thing - at the end of every radio show he has to make a big deal about the evening TV show so that you dont find something else to do. Remember all his bombshell stories that he said he was on the verge of breaking??? They never pan out. It's all a hoax.
The same of it is that he brings politics into it - so when he tells his listeners that Ron Paul is in bed with muslims or is isolationist, they actually believe it
SOY. Beck always speaks highly of you.
The country is being ripped apart and Beck is putting on bizarre theatrical shows? I heard some tickets were over a thousand dollars. Just looking at all the ads plastered over this web site it's is clear Mr. Beck is just another greedy media mogul. Sickening.
Zeon - do you care what liberals waste their thousands of dollars on - is that sickening to you? Or just what we conservatives do?

I was actually there at the meeting and I am in my early 20′s. If you could have seen the room in full I think you would have been pleasantly surprised how much “melanin” was in the room. Its kind of sad we judge “diversity” by melanin and age. Judge the quality of the meeting by the race and age attending it. Even though you might not have judged there are so many who would. Almost seems kind of racist and ageist. But then again I forgot only conservatives and republicans can be racists and ageist”.

You should know Mormons will not tolerate gay lifestyle. If they act on their feelings and have a homosexual relationship and/or have homosexual sex they are to be treated like any other member in the church if they were to have fornicated which means they have a possibility of being excommunicated. The church is only tolerating people being in the church that have the same sex attraction but do not act on the feelings. If they act on the feelings they have a high chance of being excommunicated. Also someone mentioned the LDS leader talking about validating feelings and how they thought that was wrong. What validating feelings means is actually stating you believe they are real. Someone said it was bad to validate their feelings. I think this is a misunderstanding. Validating their feelings just means you believe they are there and real and not made up like some people think. Doesn’t mean you validate those feelings as a good idea.

Mormons don't "tolerate" any lifestyle that includes unrepentant sex outside of marriage, neither does a loving Heavenly Father....tolerate the sexual sins. No unclean thing can enter . . . We get clean by repenting, which includes turning from the sin itself. And excommunication is a loving act to help the unrepentant sinner guilty of major sin. I know. I am a rebaptized mormon who was excommunicated because of unrepentant sexual sin. You are singling out homosexual sex as though it were something special, and it is not.

I hope Mary Elizabeth is a Troll on here.
Because if she is not i hate name calling on here but she is one of the dumbest people i have ever seen. Not only did Navy seals save lives. Is she really saying that no lives would have been lost? Oh wait she did when she said “Our best military strategist were on top of the situation. If the dead had obeyed orders there would probably have been no loss of life.” So it was the seals fault that terrorist took Stevens in the street sodomized him and killed him? If you say yes i want to know how its there fault that happened? Or do i trust the government blindly? If the seals didn’t go what would have happened for the Ambassador and others not to die? Would the terrorists attack just as a warning with over 100 people. Maybe they would have stopped when the ambassador raised the white flag and held negotiations over tea? If you think that there was any plan where there was no loss of life you are just as ignorant of militant extremist Islamists as America and the people on the planes were on 9/11/2011. Or do you think that a bunch of civilians would fight them off without one civilian dying. Or maybe they could just hide really well? Although you know the seals did help the civilians escape so hiding probably isn’t an option. I know you keep saying the best military strategists decided this. Well even the best make mistakes sometimes. And if you and them can’t admit their mistakes ego’s create more losses and more dea

This Guy has a been a wolf in sheeps clothing for a while. His site pretends to be fair and look at both anti mormon and pro mormon sides. But his pro mormon atricles are a joke and almost make fun of themselves while the anti Mormon stuff is unrelenting and just hateful. It is not fair it is a wolf in sheeps clothing. People have said he only remained in the Church to bring them more knowledge of it.
How is the following "hateful?" These seem like reasonable questions to me. Can you answer them? Can any LDS answer them?
Questions to ponder:
If Joseph Smith received a conferral of the higher priesthood of Melchizedek from Peter, James, and John in 1829, why did he feel the need to be ordained again to the “high priesthood” two years later under the hands of Lyman Wight?
If Peter, James, and John conferred the Melchizedek priesthood on Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery in 1829, why did Joseph and others say in 1831 that the first conferral of the high priesthood was in 1831?
If many of the church's elders or apostles (the terms were used almost synonymously at first) had already been called and set apart in 1829 and 1830, why would they need to receive the “high” priesthood in 1831?
If this was the “first conferral of the high priesthood” in the church (as Joseph and others wrote in their diaries), did the church organize without the Melchizedek Priesthood on April 6,1830? By what authority did Joseph organize the church on that date? http://www.mormonthink.com/priesthood.htm

@Locked Rom 8:16-17 says the same thing those doctrine and covenants ones say. “The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with [him], that we may be also glorified together. ”
So if we understand this scripture Christ is a child of God as well. Because he is the Son of God. So if we are joint heirs with Christ that means we get everything Christ got from God his father. That we are Glorified with Christ from the father. That doesn’t say we get planets either. But it says we inherit whatever Christ inherited from his Father.

What chance does Biden have against Ryan if Romney so obviously took out Obama?
LOL .. get your popcorn ready .. it's going to be quite a show!
* slim to none *
Ryan will "bury" him
I suspect that Biden hasn't a chance against Ryan. I do womder, however, did Romney flip flop on his tax proposal tonight? I honestly think that Obama was a little befuddled about Mitt's position.
I think is "Ryan will "Barry" him" :)
It'll be a blood bath...I think the moderator will call the debate within the first 15 minutes.

I guess when they harvested the company Staples and Sports Authority that was just awful. I mean harvesting is a good thing. Harvesting food is not bad. Its when you get the full benefit of your work. Like harvesting the farm. All they did was build up company’s and sell them for a prophet. The harvest was not when they shut down a company they couldnt help. Thats not a harvest. Companys like Staples and Sports Authority can be stronger for their association with Bain and now independent.

So I am LDS and dont see how these scritprutres can be used against Mormons.1 Thes 4:13-18 & 1 Cor 15:50-55. We do believe when Christ comes his disciples will be caught up to meet him. We also believe in the resurrection. It’s one of the first things missionaries teach people learning about the church. We believe Jesus is literally the Son of God the Father. So the Satan and jesus brother question is based in the LDS people not believing in the traditional Trinity doctrine. If you believe in the classic trinity doctrine then the Jesus and Satan brothers thing makes no sense. That means his father is a separate person. LDS believe God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost are one God in that they are one in purpose, one in thought, one in mind, even the Father and the Son look alike. I know my father is a separate person. So if Jesus was created by God the father then couldn’t he have other beings around him also created which were created by the same god. So in a way being brothers and sisters? Thats the way LDS people see it. I know their could be more Bible bashing that could go back and forth on that subject but i will leave it at that.

Why do both theories have to be mutually exclusive like so many people want. I personally believe that beings have adapted and evolved. But most likelly under the guidance of God. So its evolutionary creationism.
As I said before, no one can explain how life came from non-life, so creation has to have happened. The Law of Cause and Effect states that life has to come from life, and that has to be God. The Bible is very plain when it says God 's six days of creation were literal 24 hour days.
Nope the bible never says a day was 24hrs. Troll somewhere else.
I’ve always been baffled at the idea that it MUST be one theory or the other. When the simple answer is it is BOTH theory’s. The only reference for time is another time keeper. No where in the bible does it tell us what God uses as a time reference. For all we know a day for God is a billion earth years. So assuming 1 day for God is a billion years, I could easily see genesis falling into our evolution theory. But this concept is IGNORED by both sides because for some reason human thought cant accept that IT IS BOTH. Anyone who refuses to entertain that idea is as wrongheaded as the polar sides that demand it must be one or the other.
This is ignored because both polar sides deny it on the grounds they are firm on. And that is 2x the vocal body shouting down an idea than the normally bickering sides.

I love how when he points out she misquoted them she says “It doesn’t matter” Yes it doesn’t matter if i misquoted and twisted words as long as i get my message out there.
