  Well that picture of the black panthers look scary to me–I assume that is the picture of them standing outside where people were voting –If it is then they were scaring people to vote or not vote–I fid these guys scary–But–Thats where the white govenors are different–The white govenors passed rules and laws to stop the blacks from voting–Both sides were doing the same thing–The only difference was that one was legal but hateful–And the other scaring people–Again–Same thing but in a different way.
