  Grinding down the BAC limit will have little to no effect on their stated goal.

  To my amazement, there are several stations around here in St. Louis that don’t require you to pre-pay. Yet, you hear of incidents like this every week in our metro area. A few local municipalities have said they will no longer respond to these calls, and I can’t blame them.

  Closer. Neither the car nor the plane chassis ground come into play with the lighning discharge. The lighnting passes through the car’s frame and plane’s frame and jumps to earh ground. The bolt couldn’t care less about the chassis ground.

  To close the store by 8:00, they have to stop letting new customers in ahead of time, all businesses do that. I’m also sure the manager and the employees want to get home to their families as well. 100% on Wal Mart’s side here, and the customers are idiots for their stance on this. I am embarassed for them.
