  Why only ad-hominem attacks but no factual criticism of the president? Is that all the conservatives have left? I hope the Republican party will abandon the lies and misinformation and start an honest discussion about how to fix the economy.

  You said, “just see how many people cancel their yard care, dinners out, etc, etc”. If you make $250,000 and you have to pay a 5 percent higher tax rate, I don’t think you’ll have to cancel yard care or dinners out. Did the people making 250,000 and up wait till GW Bush lowered taxes to get yard care and start eating out? Seriously? I don’t see the logic.

  Clinton had a balanced budget at the time Bush took over. Something to think about regarding the spending argument.

  Boehner couldn’t even get his back-up Plan B to pass because of Republican lawmakers’ pledge to Grover Norquist. We need to not only make some cuts but pay for the cost of the wars begun by Bush. How irresponsible to lower taxes, run up debt, then blame the next president who is left with the major recession and revenue shortfall. I must respectfully say that Beck is a charlatan who should be exposed. Search his name at Media Matters for America and if you are objective and seeking truth, your eyes will be opened. That is why he fears that website and cannot honestly rebut the majority of their accusations against conservatives. I say this without malice and wish for Beck’s well being and happiness should he regain an appreciation for truth and honesty. Good luck and always carefully search for and uphold truth.

  Compared to G.W. Bush’s cowboy diplomacy, I’ll take the so-called “apology tour”. Doesn’t anyone think that G.W. Bush’s foreign policy was so bad, that the next president should have taken some responsibility (admission of error and the damage caused) for America having lost the respect of the world due to G.W. Bush’s actions. Remember, G.W. Bush was unable to think of what his biggest mistake was since 9-11 when asked. Obama has made mistakes, but a so-called “apology tour” isn’t one of them.

  I looked at photos of the ring but as far as I could tell, a Rorschach inkblot would more likely contain an Islamic inscription. Also, why would the president still be wearing the ring? I would think that would expose his Muslim ties and blow his cover. Anyone???
