  I keep reading in the comments that is just doesn’t add up. My answer is: when you have reports educated in the colleges with professors who are not fit to teach this is what you get. I have no doubt all the info was there, they just didn’t know how to put it all together. Another example of the dummy of the educational system. Can’t wait for it to add up so we get a story that is put together in order.
