As a constituent of these bold, principled, and heroic men I defend them on their principled stand in the effort to prevent Obama Care from going into full effect. I respectfully disagree with those who say the ends justify the means, and the house Republicans should just have allowed ObamaCare to be fully funded, without, at very least getting the same exemptions for “we the people” as Obama has unilaterally done through his own dictatorial proclamations for businesses and unions and others.

What some have suggested (“the house just letting it go into full effect”) assumes and appears to ignore that the press, the only tocsin of a nation, is almost completely progressive, and has been silenced in the USA, thus relatively no negative reporting in regard to the implementation of ObamaCare would occur. Almost all means of an equal, fair and balanced press is lost in this country at this time. As an example, the tapping of AP and Fox News reporters, what whistle blower in their right mind would call our press, as it is the equivalent to calling the government directly, and those news organizations who dare to stand, have been all but silenced by these tactics.

The, “see we told ya so attitude and strategy” ends, where the “doing what’s right and just attitude begins”. We the people, have now become we the subjects, this administration has now bestowed upon us, a newly required redistribution of wealth, and health, for their description of the welfare for all men thus subjecting us to this tyranny.  Like Thomas Jefferson, I as a patriot believe “If we can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people, under the pretence of taking care of them, we must become happy.”

PS I leave you with the following. “Our adversaries say we are indebted to their providence for the means of paying the public debt. We never charged them with the want of foresight in providing money (for Healthcare or Welfare), but with the misapplication of it after they have levied it. We say they raised not only enough, but too much; and that after giving back the surplus we do more with a part than they did with the whole.” ~Thomas Jefferson

The time is near at hand which must determine whether Americans are to be free men, or slaves. ~George Washington

I am pro life by my faith, from conception until Gods will is done. God has given us free will to choose his light, goodness and truth through his teachings. Or the free will to choose Gosnells example of darkness, evil and lies through his deeds. “By their fruit”, “ye shall know them” Matthew 7:16

Yes, I believe it will all be revealed, I’m sure hollywood is salivating at the very thought of how they can capitalize on there captivity. Maybe they will throw the victims a bone too…. I know….wishful thinking.

I don’t know, unless we the people promote Goodness, and caring about thy neighbor, people will continue to have the, “I don’t want to get involved” attitude.

The first story I heard from Charles Ramsey was that he saw “this guy” going over to the house and he said that “he said to himself, wheres that guy going, and decided to follow him” that guy may have been Angel Cordero. Charles Ramsey then said they were trying to find something to open the door, and that he left to try and get something to use to do it, but when he got back the other guy already had it opened and got them out. Would’nt it be interesting if Angel Cordero was an illegal, if any of this is true that would make sense his not coming forward right away, and if it is true, his being in this country if illegal would have saved lives. Just a hypothetical.

“It delights me to find that there are persons who still think that all is not lost: that our retrogradation from a limited to an unlimited despotism, is but to give themselves a new impulse. But I see not how or when. The press, the only tocsin of a nation, is compleatly silenced here, and all means of a general effort taken away. However, I am willing to hope, as long as anybody will hope with me; and I am entirely persuaded that the agitations of the public mind advance its powers, and that at every vibration between the points of liberty and despotism, something will be gained for the former.”

The so called “Sequester” that was agreed to, to keep the government from shutting down was not a cut in the overall big picture, as we will still be spending more this year than last year.

History teaches us, will we not listen.

In 1929 an article in the New York Herald Tribune stated after a significant U.S. Treasury surplus was attained:

Lowering tax rates stimulates business, those businesses create jobs, and prosperity brings in larger revenues.

Excessive corporation, and personal taxes and regulations are oppressive and unproductive and drives capital into exempt and non-productive investment and has an injurious effect on actual job creation.

Lower rates on a large volume of business improve the situation both for the corporations and the U.S. Treasury.

Taxes which penalize capital and earnings defeat their own object or purpose.

They depress economic activities and cause a diminishing number of tax returns to be received by the U.S. Treasury.

The 1929 Dayton Journal wrote, and attributed the surplus to the Administration of:

“President Coolidge who had also brought about four tax-reductions and the result is a national prosperity that is vast and far reaching.”

Henry Morgenthau, Jr. was FDR’s Secretary of the Treasury from 1934-1945. In the following important quote, he admits that the big New Deal stimulus spending programs had failed.

“We have tried spending money. We are spending more money than we have ever spent before a

And I have just none interest, and if I am wrong . . . somebody else can have my job.
I want to see this country prosperous. I want to see people get a job, I want to see people get enough to eat.
We have never made good on our promises. . . . I say after eight years of this administration we have just as much unemployment as when we started . . . . And an enormous debt to boot!”
We tried the spending approach again; both Bush & Obama, guess what,….
    it still doesn’t work.
If we do not learn from history we are doomed to repeat it.

Ryan Brus of the Fort Knox public affairs office said.

Because the concert is taking place on a military installation, it “would be a conflict of interest since the military has the obligation to be apolitical,”

Hey Ryan the military has the obligation to protect and defend this little thing called the “Constitution” too. I.E. Freedom of Speech.

So I now believe the military has the obligation not to attend this event at all….let the sound of the crickets rien from the seating area…..so they may ponder just what has happened here in America.

Who can say “Not in America” anymore. We Need to STAND, one Nation under GOD.

In every stage of these oppressions we will petition and protest for redress in the most humble terms: thus far our repeated petitions and protests have been answered only by repeated insults and injury. A President, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the President of a free people.
This has become long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object reveals a design to reduce us under absolute tyranny, it is every Americans right, it is their duty, to vote out such government, and to vote for new government for their future security.

And for the support of these comments, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

He has endeavored to encourage the illegal population of these states; and then obstructed the laws for naturalization of foreigners; by refusing to secure our borders, they encourage their illegal migration hither with promises of amnesty, only to be enslaved by having to work illegally in agriculture, and other labor intensive industries for wages so low they cannot breath freedom within the golden door, then to add injury, insult hard working Americans by claiming it is work they will not do.

He has have obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing to enforce laws for establishing fair practices in elections, thus encouraging intimidation at voting places.

They have hired a multitude of new offices, Internal Revenue agents, various Health Care panels, Czars or Presidential advisers, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass or tax the people, and to decide what medical needs the Government thinks adequate, while forcing their participation, and thus eat out their substance.

They have combined with others to subject us to entitlements foreign to our constitution, while not required be subjected to them themselves.

They have attemped to suspend our State legislatures and declare themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has refused to abide to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. He has forbidden governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing importance.

He has refused to enforce Federal laws for the protection and security of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish such enforcement to the federal government, a right inestimable to us and formidable to him as a tyrants.

He has called together judicial bodies to litigate unusual petitions against States in the Republic distant from the depository of Federal jurisdiction, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He Has dishonored the reputation of representatives of law enforcement repeatedly, for supposed invasions on the rights of the people. (“the police acted stupidly”)

He has refused for a long time to accept, in the present conflicts, as enemy combatants. Enemies that come from many nations, wear no uniforms, and use unconventional weapons, whereby giving them rights with powers, to make them incapable of annihilation, they have returned to terrorize the people at large for their exercise; the States remaining in the meantime exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
