  Yes, Eddie, the Repubs have a communications problem. They have forgotten their values and are doing as you suggest, and that is to pander to everybody. Can not be done! The republicans lost their base in the 2008 and 2012 elections by not being conservative enough. They need to take firm positions on all pertinent issues and stand by those positions. Instead, they bounce all over the place and the conservative base just sees thems as “Democrat lite”. Don’t forget, we have 30 republican governors and a majority of state legislatures.are republicans. This tells us that the country still shares core, conservative values. So, Eddie, you can join Rove and the other talking heads that steer the Republican party in the wrong direction.

  Article 1, Sect 8 of the US Constituton declares the enumerated powers of the Federal Government. There is no authority given to the Fed to regulate firearms. Therefore, any regulation coming from the Executive Branch regarding restricting firearms ownership is valid. The state and local authorities are then within their rights to nullify or ignore such regulations. Further, state and local authorities should protect their citizens from any attempts by the Feds to enforce such illegal restrictions. The so-called law professor is a leftist drone who, like Obama, has no idea what the Constitution really means. They only use it and spin it for their own twisted purposes. Unfortunately, our recent history is replete with examples of the Fed overstepping their bounds without being challenged by the states. States fear losing Federal funding for pet projects, thus remain silent. We shall remain silent no longer.

  No – she did NOT deserve it! When did anyone ever get fired for what they said about Bush or Reagan for that matter? Did she implicate her employer? Doesn’t look like it. She may have invited a visit by the Secret Service, but she still has a 1st Amendment right to speak her mind. I am not defending WHAT she said, but her right to say it. Over the past few weeks I have had to see and hear Obama supporters threaten to burn the MFer down. There have been many threats against Romney and more vile, vulgar and repulsive remarks against Republicans than we could take the time to discuss. Yet, who gets fired? We’re sick of this double standard. So, TheBlaze.com, your self-righteous judgement is not welcome in this case.

  The fruits of the Obama re-election are already falling from the decaying trees. Stock market crashing, massive layoffs (hear that union members?), restarting the UN gun control talks, inflation, etc. etc. Those of us who have been preparing for the “worst” are ready for virtually anything. The Obama-maniacs, however, the users and takers, are prepared for nothing. They will suffer most under the tyranny and incompetence of their dear leader. So be it. Cling to your Bibles and guns folks. The real Americans will ride out the storm and emerge to rebuild what the freeloaders have left of this once great land. “Sometimes He calms the storm and other times He calms the child”.
