  • @ INLIGHTOF THINGS…

You assumed I missed alot by mentioning they had an earlier meeting in her office. I got that in the tape and your response in that had nothing to do with my observation on her walking out at that particular moment.

Not to my surprise, some of the responses are kilted with extremism and prejudice. I’ll give you folks one example.,,,Look to WARMUNGER_AL’s response.

Fact is, just because somebody owns a weapon does not lead to the certainty that violence or death won’t come to him/her or others around them. A gun will inflict what the holder desires if given the chance however, to say, in this case regarding the woman many people feel stormed out, the mother woud have killed the killer and stopped the insanity.

That assumes only one possibility and blatantly disregards the obvious probability that most people require several shots to effect a kill. That is why most gun battles last longer than anyone can hold their breath and in that time, reaction and response is surely likely.

Having said that, my perspective the young woman did not “storm” out as posted.

  • Mmmmm, am I missing something?

Serious scrutiny provides indepth and rational perspective. The woman, in my opinion, didn’t “storm” out as the posting refers to… After the Senators remark was completed, the man went on to announce a change in venue due to the time and the Senator remarked she’d answer a couple more questions. The young lady got up at a natural break (with an assumption, not the only assumption) that it was over.

At least that’s what the tape could indicate so some posts to date can be embraced/viewed at being over the top.

Guess some people just need to throw stones.

  • While I have an intense dislike for this individual for a variety of reasons, there is one undeniable act that could be placed before the people in 2014 to which the Senate and House could then, without hesitation or fear of losing their seat, vote 100% in favor to send to the President…

To alleviate any concerns regarding citizenship, a strong powerful AND forward thinking thought resemble this or words to the effect: IF A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES IS CAUGHT IN THE ACT OF COMMITTING ACTS OF DOMESTIC TERRORISM BY MEANS OF LETHAL FORCE, SAID SUBJECT LOSES HIS CITIZENSHIP AUTOMATICALLY.

For those who argue otherwise, I remind you there are similar concepts already within the United States: Felons cannot vote ever again in an election (at least legally).

I personally would support such action. Remove citizenship for acts of domestic terror and torture the man or woman to extract information that might/could/probably will save american lives.

And for those of you who’ve never served or personally seen the hatred of extremists, you really don not have a clue as to what they want or intend.

    Nuf Said.

  • I’d like to say some of the posts amaze me but can’t…. The insensitivity of ppl attacking a man whom obviously is mourning for his loss is truly SAD.

Should I have to say it, the obvious? The comments attacking the man about his beliefs or comments as if you know more about the biblical mandate is comical. Easy to throw stones from the field from which you can hide. I suggest walking in his shoes and see what comes of it…

To the one who posted the insane comments about his son’s lack of bible reading and introspection, you are, in my opinion based on that line of thought processing, have no clue regarding who and what God is as God worked/works in the plight of humanity. Clueless!

As for Rick and his family (and friends), I share in your loss and pray for strength to be given.. God Bless

  • well, to answer the question….

Can you separate Glenn loving the couple for what this presents (the spiritual side) rather than the political one? In my opinion, Glenn is opting to state a “favorable” for the event, not the libs

  • @ Ghandi was a Republican

You posted “That’s really messed up. And tiger is the worst sport i have ever witnessed. He is disgusting and a narcissist. He skips tournaments so he can concentrate on the course and style of play for the next “major”. That is really lame. All that makes him is a wimp. The greats don’t pull those stunts….”

You have no clue as to what professional golfers need to do in order to perform in their industry. Of course he selects which tournaments he plays in (so does every other PGA golfer as well). Lower ranked golfers often have to try to qualify in additional tournaments if they miss cuts. It’s not unusual for the junior varsity of the PGA tour to travel to be at the venue Sunday night to play in the Monday qualifying round. Tuesdays are media days or “off.” Wednesday are Pro-AMs and Thursday is the start of the tournment. I suspect you don’t understand/know how qualifying for a tournament is set up but beyond that, playing 5 days a week can’t be sustained over a period of 40 weeks.

Can’t you be happy that the man has apparently overcome some of his personal issues and is playing well again?

  • Lots of land lawyers speaking out….

This is clearly a situation in which Mr. Handsome doesn’t understand his right(s) to protect himself or his property…. Sad case of “oh crap, I’m in trouble now!”

Mr. “I have a gun and I’m using it” is clearly wrong (law applicable) and he’ll pay for it by being sentenced. This won’t go unnoticed or unpunished.

  • There are those in the wind that believe OBL is still alive or was dead prior to the raid….. Unless you were involved in the operational saga (as in the Intelligence gathering and assimiliation AND the operational aspect of the mission), you’d have to take it on faith that the story is “somewhat” true.

FACT is the man met his maker in the story. OPNOTES within the community speak loosely of the mission and because that is the case, can’t tell you more than that…

As far as the government is concerned, they are on the right side of history here. Didn’t appreciate them “sharing” information about it but at least the operation was successful. Anyone who claims otherwise is just mongering about theory.

  • First of all, anyone who trusts the things that are (1) said in radio or (2) printed in the papers ought to remember a thing or two about (a) news organizations and (b) the plight of humanity….

There will always be guys claiming to be in the teams. I hear about them all the time trying to convince me they were here or there while the entire time I know them to be full of crap… I generally walk away as I don’t waste my time on liars… Life is too short.

My point: I imagine there are thousands of “wanna be’s” on the weekends. My advice: Look in the mirror and if you see an alpah male, try to make it through BUDS and the extensive field training before you can call yourself an operator.

Having said that, “No Easy Day” sounds about right… I’d say Marc Owens (recognizing this is not his name) was there and presented an accurate account that isn’t held to classification means.

  • @ YOUR_SENILE

Now that was a funny one…..”… a reach around.” Certainly put a smile on my face as I understood your humor.

Lots of axious ppl here on this one.

B4 this came to pass, I remember Bill O’Reilly asking the NY Rep (Weiner) about the IRS’s involvement regarding “payment for the fine of not paying (or words to that affect).”

In my opinion, from the very onset, Sarah P got it right….. Call it by any word phrasing one wants, the bottom line is there will be a oversight panel determining who’s in and who’s out for health benefits. Just yesterday, I was at the doctor’s office and the nurse was asking about mental health issues and whether I had a gun in my home. BTW, the visit was for a rash. My point: it’s not coming, it’s here and the practice is on the rise under this guy.
