  • Please tell me you are not going to try to set limits as to how far a parent can stand away from their child when in public. This isn’t a NYC sidewalk. This is an open field, presumably in a park, nobody in their right mind could imagine their child might get killed by an eagle. It would have been sad, but you can’t really expect every parent to keep their kids under their armpit 24/7. What if the kid was on a leash, 3.7 feet from mom/dad and a truck came barreling out of control through the park, bounded off of that brick structure in the background and ran over the parent, if the kid was there we would have lost them both. How about if people just live their lives and sometimes, as horrible as it may seem, some people get hurt or worse. It sucks, but better than living life in virtual jail.

  • What? That is a ridiculous comment. Oh wait, I get it, when everyone else in the world is like you. Makes sense now. Why didn’t I think of that…”Hey honey, please dictate a reminder to Siri and tell her to remind me to be just like TROLLMONGER tomorrow. Thanks”. There you go, problem resolved.

  • Followed this Marines story on Facebook since he was hospitalized one year ago and released on his one year of being alive a few days ago. To read this story makes me sick to my stomach. I don’t do a lot of flying, don’t know anything about Delta, but I hope they don’t condone this type of behavior and toss the crew out the door (at 10,000 feet). FEA.

  • @Zorro That is what you took out of this article?

  • Granted the man signed a dotted line. Got it. But the line he singed was apparently somewhere below a passage that read you can’t post anything that detracts from the aesthetic harmony of the surrounding properties, because that is what was cited in the letter. I can’t think of one inch of land in the UNITED STATES, especially post 9/11, where the AMERICAN FLAG detracts from any aesthetic harmony.

This is the United States and if the national symbol is too much for you to bear, get the hell out. This is obviously a case of a left-wing, power hungry organization trying to impart their politics on the rest of society. They scream First Amendment every chance they get, it is time the patriots scream back.
