My question too. I can see it showing up on a screen and once determined it was a training device returning (via a package service) to the owner. I have become more distrusting of this government in the last six years. The current administration has done so many sneaky and underhanded things that have come to light afterwards. I know no politician is an angel but these thugs and Chicago thieves take the cake.

Your talking about a person hired through a flawed civil service exam system. That gives point to female minority applicants. Not to mention union job and a bloated system of ineptness. Look he is lucky he even got the package!

The French were at ends with England and ONLY offered help after the American capture of the British invasion army at Saratoga in 1777.

The two Battles of Saratoga (fought 18 days apart in the fall of 1777) were a turning point in the American Revolution. On September 19th, British General John Burgoyne achieved a small, but costly victory over the American forces (led by Horatio Gates and Benedict Arnold). Though General John Burgoyne’s troop strength had been weakened, Burgoyne again attacked the Americans at Bemis Heights a fortification 9 miles south of Saratoga, New York. This crucial position stood above the road that John Burgoyne and his army needed to follow to reach Albany. This time Burgoyne was defeated and forced to retreat. He surrendered ten days later, and the American victory convinced the French government to formally recognize the colonist’s cause and enter the war as their ally.

The French goal was to weaken Britain, both to keep it from getting too powerful and to exact revenge for the defeat in the Seven Years’ War.

Wait! the deputy returned to the game to inform the others and said…..
    Conversation ensues……
Rick: How can you close me up? On what grounds?
Captain Renault: I’m shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here!
[a croupier hands Renault a pile of money]
    Croupier: Your winnings, sir.
Captain Renault: [sotto voce] Oh, thank you very much.
Captain Renault: Everybody out at once! [aloud]
Also I am confused was the deputy a male or female???
“the deputy was at a massive poker game when she stepped outside. He then noticed someone being robbed in a nearby ally and approached to help. That’s when the suspects told him it was a robbery and the scuffle and firefight ensued. “

Dee what do the facts matter when you do not read the story and have your mind made up that ALL cops are cowboys? He based his info on “was in his patrol car when he noticed a driver who was trying to put on his seatbelt”. He assumed that was the whole reason for the stop. It may have been and may not have been it. As has been stated people do not run because there innocent (at least most who are not socially and economically challenged).
Easy to judge when you do not have a *(asterisk is what that is called).

Yea we all know cops are ALWAYS the bad guy; right?
Here is a true story for you quick.
On a hot humid night in Ohio a cop goes to pull over a speeding motorist for doing 39 in a 25 zone. His intention is to issue a warning for speed and send the driver on his way. The officer radios dispatch that he will be out with (insert license plate). Dispatch advises the officer that LEADS (Law enforcement automated data system) is down.
The officer approaches the vehicle and as he bends down to talk to the driver two shots ring out one missing the officer and the other finding its mark in the officers chest. The vehicle speds off into the night. The officer survives being shot in the chest but almost died because the bullet missed his heart by an inch and a half.
The guy who was driving the car had robbed a store an hour earlier and thought the cop was stopping him for that. The cop did not know the driver was wanted because the information was unavailable. Later the driver was apprehended and received some waffles on his way to the sally-port. So yea your thought the cop was acting like a cowboy tells me you know nothing about 1* (one a#s to risk). You sound like the OWS and Ferguson group to me.

And one more thing MSP only uses one big four beam (old style round) light on the roof as apposed to the full roof lights most departments use. Some of the newer cars have lights in the side mirror housings and strobes in the grill area.

To break this video down let us examine the video.
Violation 1.) Improper turning (turned from number 2 lane right at red light) even though a right turn on red is legal it has to be from number 1 lane.
Violation 2.) suspect failed to stop at a traffic signal device (a stop sign).
Violation 3.) Suspect ran a traffic signal device (a traffic light).

Those are the clear evidence. If you look at the very beginning of the video you will notice the vehicle in number 1 lane is unusually to the extreme far right as a vehicle would do if an emergency vehicle was approaching with lights on. Also note that the car in lane number 1 does not have a turn signal on. So I would have to believe that the cruisers light may of been active. Our departments dash cams activated when you turned the lights on.

A wise reporter would of asked Michigan State Police if this was the case with that cruisers dash cam. How about doing some further reporting Jon Street (@JonStreet) on Twitter?

PC is going to kill us as a nation. Remember every kids a winner and they all should be given trophies! Sounds to me like one heck of a B-ball team. Yes, you have hit it on the head “need to teach players how to throw a game so that the opposition doesn’t feel bad”.

But we have to consider that this is Kalifornia and they are huggy feely. The other coach might as well said he did not have to beat us so bad. I know I stink as a coach and my players are not any good but we try. Instead of telling his players that they were humiliated and they are need more practice and should be asshmed now give me 200 drills!

Were you born that way rv or have you worked at your whole life? Either way your comment makes you an………………. tonight!

If you did not know most departments have what is called comp time. Where you can use OT to be time off. As well we love when you want to go to court because if it is our day off we get paid. I suspect you have some dirt hiding in your past as well.

For those who have never had to take a life I pray you never have to! You live with their face for the rest of your life. It is not easy but when your life or the lives of others depends on your protecting them you do what you have to.

These kind of people who run their mouths and know nothing but the Kool-Aid they drink I say wake up. For those who have no clue why we are fighting in some other country is because it keeps them from fighting here. Let me explain it so the Kool-Aid drinkers can understand. You do not like me and want to throw a snow ball at me. I know you do not like me so because you told many people your plan. I make a bunch of snow balls and come wait for you to come out of your house. When you walk out and start making a snow ball to throw at me I let lose on you. Now you run back inside.

By my coming to your house it kept you from coming to where I live.

Your free to voice your views but please educate your self and do several researches from various views. When you drink from one tainted well you can not tell the water is bad.

    @ Ned Flanders

sure, let’s just call the cops whenever there’s the slightest doubt about someone’s behaviour – when in doubt put em in the system. Spoken like a true leo. Myself, I would wait til there’s a wreck to call.
Yea lets wait till they hit a car head on! I can tell you have never responded to one. In a very large number of them (no numbers just my experiences) the drunk is never seriously hurt because their muscles are limp from being dunk. On the other hand I have seen and held dying people and held their hand.
Yes I do so many people like Ned want their 15 seconds of fame. Critical thinking??? Yea lets examine that.
    1) I see a guy weaving and acting unusual while operating a vehicle.
    a. Is he drunk
    b. Is he having a medical problem
    c. Is he fighting with some one or thing (seen a guy with a snake once)
    2) What do you do?
    a. Call the police to report that he may be either A or B
    b. Do nothing
    c. Hey dude watch this; wait I gt a camera
    d. Nothing it is just a Kennedy on a date.

We see so many people who post videos on youtube when flash mobs steal from places or people get in fights. They are posted to youtube by the person rather than taking to the police why? Because people who think this is a normal response “sure, let’s just call the cops whenever there’s the slightest doubt about someone’s behaviour – when in doubt put em in the system. Spoken like a true leo.” I know what I will do!

Ever wonder how they came up with the H1N1 vaccine so quick? I do not go in to conspiracies but with all this current government is up to in America I have no confidence. I’ll trust traditional Chinese herbal medicine for my flu and colds for now.

Jie Du Pian (Forsythia) has been proven to fight and prevent H1N1 and even written about in medical journals.

Forsythia is used for swelling of small air passages in the lung (bronchitis), tonsillitis, sore throat, fever, vomiting, heart disease, pain and swelling (inflammation), and a severe skin rash with fever and vomiting caused by a bacterium (erysipelas).

I had a good friend who survived the Bataan march. I worked with him when I was younger and once he got to know me he slowly would talk about it. He lost a lot of friends on that march! He witnessed Japanese soldiers going by in trucks stick the bayonets out to decap prisoners. If you stopped to drink water from a ditch they shot you. The Japanese thought that true warriors fought to the death.

Once in the prison camp there were sadistic guards and some who were sympathetic. The rice had maggots in it and they would also put other things in it to be spiteful too. They buried the rice to get more maggots for the protein He was a mere 68 pounds when they were freed from the camp.

He never could forgive the Japanese for all they did to them. He called them JAPS right to the end of his life. When I was shot and lying on the ground I heard the words that he said keep him alive back then “Never surrender NEVER GIVE UP!”.

God Rest your soul James Root aka Blue Dog
