Marco Rubio on IRS Scandal: Obama ‘Doesn’t Have Clean Hands in This’
May 16, 2013 at 3:39pm
Am I the only one who notices that when a GOP senator goes un-conservative, like Marco here and his wholesale amnesty, he is trotted out on all the talk shows to opine all tough on some other conservative subject?
He was on several Fox shows recently talking about these scandals. He deserves no consideration on any conservative subject, so long as he pursues this anti rule-of-law amnesty.
Army Allegedly Orders That Bible Inscriptions Be Scraped Off of Weapon Scopes

It’s not on the serial number. It’s on the model number, the same for every gun, not to be used to differentiate one from another.
Still a big deal over nothing.
Army Allegedly Orders That Bible Inscriptions Be Scraped Off of Weapon Scopes

WOW, ENCINOM, you really exhibit loathing for religion. Were you violated by some kind of religious authority in your past?
People can believe in whatever they wish, and freely express it, at least in a nation that doesn’t have rulers who believe that “religion is the opiate of the masses”. Is that the kind of country you want?
BTW the inscriptions just look like part of the model number on the scope, I doubt anyone but an anti-christian fanatic would even notice, or care.
Sparks Fly at Tense Senate Immigration Hearing: ‘I Never Said That!’
April 22, 2013 at 8:17pm
“The exchange came as the Judiciary Committee opened its second hearing on sweeping legislation to strengthen border security, allow tens of thousands of new high- and low-skilled workers into the country, and provide an eventual path to citizenship for some 11 million immigrants now here illegally.”
WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!!!
This bill is to give legal status to, probably, 20+ million lawbreakers, the “strengthen border security” will never happen, yet is the first description of the legislation.
BLAZERS, don’t put your name alongside AP (Administration Propaganda) and post stories as though you are in accord with the sentiments.
Are Investigators Any Closer to Solving the ‘Who’ and ‘Why’ in Boston Marathon Bombings?
April 17, 2013 at 12:01pm
The who is important. Don’t care about the why, since asking that might seem as though there is any justification for such a heinous act.

I guess any improvement on the flat-bed printing press, and all the other types of mass-media shouldn’t have First Amendment protection, either.

‘Journalists Everywhere Would Go Nuts’: Why the Case Against a Fox News Reporter Is So Important
April 14, 2013 at 11:42am
Nope, jail her, or any other person who refuses to answer, truthfully, when asked a question under oath.
She can’t claim the fifth, since she could not be facing any criminal charges if she answers truthfully.
Just because the Constitution grants freedom to the press, doesn’t mean they are above the law.
What is to stop a less-than-honorable journalist from making up a story out of whole cloth and, if challenged on the source, claim protection from having to reveal where the information came from? Too far fetched to imagine?
Journalists have proven themselves to be less than trustworthy, consequently they don’t deserve the level of trust a protection against truthfully testifying, while under oath.
Maybe the judge should simply dismiss the charges against the shooter, because he can’t get truthful responses from a witness?
The Call That Has a Whole Bunch of People Furious After the Louisville-Wichita State Final Four Game
April 7, 2013 at 8:38am
This is why I put basketball just above professional wrestling in terms of a “sport”. It is too dependent on officials making judgement calls.
If you notice, both referees made the “jump ball” sign, so there was, at least, a consensus but I wouldn’t take out the emotional desire to have Louisville win, because of the horrific injury suffered by their player in the earlier round.
