  Watched Sen. Boxer on CSPAN today wherein she stated everyone knows the US Constitution, Bill of Rights and it’s 2nd Amendment “has limitations.” NO, Sen. Boxer, the 2nd Amendment of The Bill of Rights clearly states the right of the citizens to hold and bear arms shall not be infringed. Now, I see on the news that the senate is holding a closed door meeting on their gun control bill. How can any citizen trust a legislative body that conducts the nations business behind closed doors. I do believe we learned that hard lesson on obamacare, did we not?

  9 senators dinned with obama while one real man stood on the US Senate floor and fought for your and my rights. The 5th Amendment just like the 2nd Amendment is the LAW of this Republic and it cannot be infringed. For those Republican Senators who stood with Senator Rand Paul, you have my undying gratitute because you stood up for The US Constitution and kept Your Oath to The US Constitution. Senators McCain, Graham, Levin where were you?

  I have a question that I have not been able to get a factual answer to. I would like to know FACTUALLY as to what kind of weapons Lanza actually used to murder the school children of Newtown, Conn. Please folks, my question goes directly to Sen. Feinstein’s AW Ban Agenda.
  I just want to know what the trueth is, so if anyone here who does have the facts or factually published/disclosed facts, then please comment on them, on here. It’s important to bring the facts forward.

  I really wish Glenn and Crew would do an expose on what feinstein has done with her ability to appropriate tax payer monies while in the senate, it’s astonishing. Also do an expose on boxer and pelosi, they are all joined at the hip. These people are hardball players, so they have to be taken on and exposed for what they are. Come on Glenn, you exposed Soros, obama, jarrett and that whole miserable bunch. Please take on feinstein & associates and get the trueth out, you taught me that, so Glenn take them on………………………please for the sake of the Republic.

  WatchingTheWeasels: Your perceptions I believe are correct, but inspite of Supreme Court Justis’ idelogical leanings, they too are not above the US Constitution, noe is. Judicial activism by any Supreme Court Judge is not above the US Constitution and if a Surpreme Court Justis does not follow the US Constitution, then they can be impeached and should be. Having said that, the Founding Fathers did provide a mechanism under Article 5 of the US Constitution wherein the US Constitution can be amended by 75% of the States approving such amendment. Those who would infringe on and against the 2nd Amedment do not wish to use Aricle 5 to amend, because they know it would not pass, therefore they wish to go arround the US Constitution and write illegal law, then attempt to enforce such by commiting concurrntly another illegal act. That my friend is judicial activism gone crazy. If our nations politicians, the congress, would simply trust in the US Constitution we would be so much better off. If the courts and ancongress do not follow the US Constitution, then it is upto We The People to make sure they do and that will require recalls from office, funding candidates to office who will follow the US Constitution and if that does not work, then raise HELL.

  The 2nd Amendment clearly states the “right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” It states what it means, it means what it states. My question then is; how can these several new state ant-gun laws or any federal law, such as Feinstiens proposed legislation not be illegal? Clearly, these new laws are a direct infringement on the 2nd Amendment, The Bill of Rights and The US Constitution. Next question is; how can any legislation approved and written into law be legal if such law(s) violate the 2nd Amendment. The Supreme Court in it’s decision in favor of Heller in Heller vs DC is “settled law” is it not, then how can Feinstein do what she is doing legally. With Feinstien it is necessary to watch what her other hand is doing, she is about money, wealth and ideological power first and foremost and she refused to debate her oponent is her last bid for re-election. Check that out and you will know why. I can only hope that the US Senate has enough intestinal foretitude to vote her legislation down and out, if not, then her legislation written into law and all of the other state anti-gun laws must be tried at the Supreme Court. These “non-constitutional laws” must not stand. The future of the Republic is in peril.
