The US spends three times as much as other industrialized countries per person for equivalent care. Among Industrialized nations the US has the highest infant mortality rate, highest rate of mothers dying in childbirth, and the idea that healthcare is not rationed is a joke. Rationing is also denial of health Insurance ( access to care) due to pre existing conditions, or because you were at one time in your life prescribed an anti depressant. What happens to the working poor who are not offered health plans through their work….nothing they remain untreated. If you are near age 50 and have the misfortune of a stroke, some health Insurance company is deciding how much treatment to give you. Folks this is rationing, its been going on for years. As far as the government meddling with your care, what do you think Medicare is? Again going on for years.
If the Democrats really wanted care for all they would have added a tier to Medicare, a benefit that any person could buy into. Please stop deluding yourself that we have the best care in the world.
Obamacare is not a solution. I work in the healthcare Industry, we see 50 to70% increase to Health Insurance Plans, the employers will have to drop providing Insurance, many who have health care now will lose it and not be able to purchase it because of cost. The poor will be able to obtain insurance since there will be subsidies paid by worker taxes to subsidize their premiums. Plus add 11 mil. new citizens!!

I work in the Healthcare Industry, this is what we expect; working folks will see their Insurance increase 50 to 70%, many will drop Insurance because their income and work hours are down, so they will not be able to afford insurance.
The under and unemployed will obtain Insurance because the Federal government (us) will subsidize (pay) about two-thirds of the premium. The indigent we be subsidized more than two thirds. (By the way they already receive free medical care, called Charity Care, we all subsidize it by paying high prices for our care.)
What will occur is that those people who work will fall off insurance and those who do not or barely work will receive Insurance at rock bottom prices. Now thats what I call a shift of wealth! I know several professionals who say they can’t afford to work anymore, licensing, taxes, it is a treadmill to nowhere. In this entitlement culture we have to take a lot of abuse from the demanding free loaders, they expect the best and they want it now. There is no civility.

I am a 5th generation Oregonian, Pioneer Farming Family. Oregon is dominated by three cities, Eugene, Salem and Portland. The populations of these cities, win the vote and squash the rest of the State which is not liberal,outside of the cities we believe in working and self sufficiency, we help each other. Many of us believe the election here and Nationally was/is rigged, our Governor/Preident didn’t win the vote. The three cities are populated by liberals who culturally and financially destroyed places like San Francisco and LA then cashed out and moved here and started the cycle here. Lots of freebies. We have subsidized housing for the non citizen farm workers, if you are lower income you will receive transport to the Dr., free medical, food stamps which will allow you to buy prepared gourmet food that we workers can’t afford,even Starbucks. Also food banks provide gleaned farm products you don’t even have to pick them. Your heat, water and home winterization will be subsidized….it’s a great State. We have PERS, that is the retirement program that legislators voted for themselves and teachers. They get to retire at more than they earned per year, wow is this a great state( going broke). Northern California, Eastern Oregon maybe one day will just say the heck with it lets join Idaho. Call me just another smoldering citizen.

Anyone else finished with the treadmill? The smoldering majority have no voice, and talking is futile. We have to unite to show our refusal to be indentured and sold out any longer. Resist and Refuse. Send an email to your State Legislators, local Mayors, forget the Senators they are a waste of skin. Insist that they join the Sovereign State Party, states united for a common purpose, SOLIDARITY against a big fat sloppy Federal government. Central Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, Utah, N. California would be a good start. Goal one to criminalize the disarming of sovereign citizens. Goal two criminalize enforcement of NDAA, criminalize Obama’s order allowing Interpol the right to spy on US waiving all citizens rights. If Walmart stops selling bullets, vote with your dollars, do not shop there.
Finally if an executive order is signed regarding gun control, particularly tied to your Medical care Provider, drive to the Interstate and join others, bumper lock I-5 from Canada to Mexico. Same thing east to west. don’t forget to leave the center lane open for ER vehicles.
