  Have you ever had a “If I were President, I would……” moment.

  In this case, if I were President, I would have excused my self from the speech, I would have turned to the Marine, asked for the umbrella, escorted the Marine out of the rain, saluted him and thanked him for his service, returned to the podium, and continued my speech while I held the umbrella.

  But then, I’m only a Vietnam Veteran who swore to defend the Constitution and understand patriotism, pride and sacrifice. But then, I’m not President.

  The Temple of the Feathered Serpent was built by the Teotihuacan.

  They were the first civilization to be ruled by a progressive/socialist/democrat government.

  The spheres were passed out each year after the mandatory tax collection of maze. Each citizen was given a shiny sphere that that allowed them to receive free medical treatment by the temple priests. After patients did not return from their appointments, the citizens discovered that their family members were having their hearts removed as a sacrifice. Outraged, the citizens hurled the shiny spheres at their government officials and, when broken, found they were filled with an organic substance called dung.
