In 1946, U.S. Attorney General Tom C. Clark authorized Hoover to compile a list of potentially disloyal Americans who might be detained during a wartime national emergency. In 1950, at the outbreak of the Korean War, Hoover submitted to President Truman a plan to suspend the writ of habeas corpus and detain 12,000 Americans suspected of disloyalty.

In 1956 Hoover was becoming increasingly frustrated by Supreme Court decisions that limited the Justice Department’s ability to prosecute people for their political opinions, most notably communists. At this time he formalized a covert “dirty tricks” program under the name COINTELPRO.

History forgotten will repeat it’s self.

I live in Montana and for one would like to say, ALL you weak minded easterners (that’s those living in the eastern part of the USA) take a lesson from this Western Mom and you will have less crime. That’s just how we ride here in the West.

How about this. How about we “require” that ALL GOVERNMENT fallow the Constitution. To fix the “problem” and quit treating the symptom all we need to do is LOOK to the US Constitution itself. We will never put this ship unless we take control and we will never gain control until we move to “repeal” the 16th & 17th amendments. This out of control Tax & Spend has NO barrier by the P&D or D&P party.

Most all “Representatives” breath life into “out of control Tax & Spend” as a solution. If you have a disease, treating the symptoms will “never” lead to a cure; the cause of the “disease” must be located and then removed.

The cause of the disease “out of control Tax & Spend” is in the ability we gave Congress to lay there “out of control Tax & Spend” on “We the People” with out a check to the balance. What was the balance that keep Congress in check ? The other CONSTITUENCY, our own State Legislators.

You see I can walk over to my State Legislator’s office or HOME and let my views be know with some results. However, I can’t even find either of our Congressional Senators let alone voice my views because I can’t write a $100,000.oo check. Make sense?

And of course super ” intelligence” such as ” Georgetown University Professor Louis Michael Seidman’s” is far to complicated to just read and understand the simple language of the US Constitution. Just my 2 “sense” worth ! ! !

And here is how His thinking will win out. To this end I ask you are you an “American” ? If your answer is YES, (and only you know the truth) then let me say this; “America” is a set of continents divided into 2, “North and South America”. I live in “North America” with 25 independent sovereign states, (Antigua… Canada… Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama… United States, 25 in all) in the “United Sates of “AMERICA”". The fact that our countries name is the “United States of America” serves as evidence that our country is a compact of “independent sovereign States” (50 at last count) agreeing to work in a “united” effort to some end. My point if you missed it is that for at least the last 110 years there has been a systematic war of “Disinformation” of what I call smoky truth working to ERASE the FACT that I’m 1st a “MONTANAN” (one of the 50) which by that fact makes me a citizen of the “United States of America” and not just any “American” because, if I am just any “American” then are not citizens of say “Mexico” “American”? or say citizens of El Salvador “American” ? This is a systematic an purposeful effort to erase the foundation of identity of who we are and why my State (Montana) and our Country (United States of America) was founded. Actually some 500,000 US Citizens do live in less then 500sq ft homes there call RV’s and most of the time it’s by choice, however, if things keep going the way they are (cost of living in the USA rising due to over taxation) maybe some 300,000,000 US Citizens will move into less then 500 sq ft homes.
