Why are we considered “liberal” because we support the constitution. You can’t be flexible on the law. Like Zorro said, be prepared to be more flexible on other parts of the constitution if you are down with torture.. like the 2nd Amendment. Sorry, you are on your own there. “Molon Labe!”

I hate to say it as well, but Piers is right on on this debate.

I’m with Zorro. You can’t be a Constitutionalist/Libertarian/Conservative or an AMERICAN and allow the gov’t to torture the citizens. That is opening the door for trouble and way too much power. He needs to have a trial- then feed him to the dogs in the system who will surely rip him apart or give him the death penalty.

    She is such a liar.

This chick is so disgusting… I know Cooper is no conservative but I genuinely felt bad for the guy seeing this video. He is a lot more of a gentleman than I supposed. I would have thrown her off of the air immediately when she started with the Christmas present comments.

You are absolutely right. This is exactly how I have been feeling all day. We are a changed nation. We will never be the same.

    I like this new guy!

NKZ, We are going to have to duke this out- I thought I was! :)

I really liked her up to this point. Now, I have lost respect. The Lib panel must have rubbed off on her. Kudos to Politico? Really, Cupp? You definitely are not representing the right. Don’t tell me to chill out. That’s a slap in the face, chick. Obama will be the end of our nation as we know it. God help us if he wins.

@Roth: Thank you, this guy must be on Bath Salts as his Username suggests. Ick!

  • August 28, 2012 at 7:19pm

@ JustAngry: I agree with you. This is not a partisan issue. Unfortunately, Romney probably will not even come close to settling this subject. I wish it were not so. We have too many progressives out there representing us. I didn’t know what the “Patriot Act” was back in the day- and thought, “well, maybe this is an okay idea.” Horrifically disillusioned as to the right I was surrendering. Unbelievable. I’m still voting for Romney this fall, even if he is somewhat of a Moderate. I hope he is better at putting our people back to work. i wonder if everyone on the blaze will be dissecting him the entire time he is President like we do Obama? I sure hope so. It’s like GB suggests, “Don’t trust ANYONE.” I’ll definitely be watching Romney and hope he doesn’t disappoint me to many times over.

@GS: I’m in Richmond as well. This is incredibly disgusting to digest!

Hey guys, I love ya! BTW, the nephew loved the movie. In fact, I was more digging the enjoyment of him learning a little bit of the wild side of Obamer vs. myself and my hubby enjoying it! Well, back to reality for me tomorrow with the two and four year old babies. Here is my wine glass,”Salude” people and have a great weekend! :) Keep fighting the good fight and we will win in a landslide. And yes, you darn progressives out there, Romney is not the perfect candidate but it’s darn sure better than a socialist. I’d say we’d be better off with his agenda than Obummers. Maybe 2016 or 2020 we can hope for Paul Ryan!

I saw the movie today with my husband and nephew here in Richmond, VA! I guess the movie was interesting and well done. However, I had already done my own homework and have the books “Cowards”, “Duped” and the Frank Marshall Davis biography from Kengor. I also have seen the “Rumors of War” parts one, two and three by Glenn Beck. All of this added together with a pitcher of the Glenn Beck program, a blender full of the Rush Limbaugh show and Facebook debates with Liberals tackling their far left scrutinization has left me an educated young woman. I’m 34 years old. I wish that their were more people from my generation at the theater today- there were plenty of old school there (seniors). I think we brought the cherry on top with our 16 year old nephew! And yes, for any shadowed libs that want to criticize me on this blog, I chose to spend my day without the kids at the gun range shooting my AR-15 and watching this movie at the theaters. Can you smell the gunpowder? Whoop whoop! :) Sipping a glass of wine now. It’s been a long day!

He is just a baby. It makes you think about how all of your troubles and worries in life, yes, even the election, are nothing compared to death and crossing that river. We must never forget our faith or forget to open the door to the Lord when we hear Him knocking. Amazing Grace. He is always there waiting for us. We are the ones that stray. Footprints in the sand. May God Bless Eric and his family!

Why is this one guy’s opinion one of the top four stories? Really? C’mon, Blaze, the truth lives here? I don’t think so. This is biased. I was on the news all day yesterday and this one opinion was stated at like 5:30pm. Take this off of the top four. Please.

So darn true. Where Romney seemingly has not a pair, we definitely know Ryan has.

I will be voting for R&R, but they better not disappoint us. I’m going to be keeping a close eye on these guys, Romney’s not exactly a conservative. Good thing he picked Ryan who we know is one. I also like that he didn’t pick boring. Ryan is definitely not that!

Keep in mind. Anyone can be a “tax preparer”. That does not mean that they are “preparing” the return correctly. I would think the IRS will be giving him a visit at some point. (Usually takes 3 years for them to catch up). My husband is a Tax Accountant-owns his own small business.

@Democrat: Oh, Shhhhhnnnnnaaaappp! Way to do your research! I love it!

“He who is without sin cast the first stone.” Don’t judge people for sinning differently than you yourselves do. God is Love. We all sin, even if we think we do not, just in different ways. I don’t agree with a homosexuals lifestyle, but I’m not going to bash them for it either. Remember, sin is sin. In God’s eyes the sin of murder is the same as a lie. Forgive others so that you may be forgiven. If you cannot forgive your son, how will the Lord forgive you for your sins?
