sorry Mojo, you’re wrong again. The 12th football was not under inflated because by the time they got to measuring it it had warmed up to room temp. You see, the all the balls acted in perfect accordance with the gas laws which showed that they deflated exactly as much as they were supposed to in those weather conditions.
Besides, the 12th football was NOT the kickers ball. They have seperate balls from the game balls. Please educate yourself before you post.

Unfortunately for you, Brady destroyed his phone AFTER Goodell told him the NFL didn’t want it any more. Little known fact (at least to those not following the case closely); Brady gave them everything they asked for from his phone. Goodell made a big deal about Brady destroying it in a desperation move as his case was unravelling like a cheap sweater. Too bad for you that in testimony the NFL said they had already told Brady they didn’t need his phone.
As for the “deflated footballs”? Well, unfortunately AGAIN for you, it turns out they were deflated at the rate that they were SUPPOSED to deflate given the weather conditions.
Oh, and the equipment guy? Turns out he was deflating the footballs BEFORE they were tested….like he was allowed to.

Nothing to do with liberal or conservative. Simply a matter of labor laws.

Wrong. The Rams walk through was never taped. That was a false report. A practice was taped (which according to league rules was entirely legal). What wasn’t legal was the place on the sideline that they taped from. Try another one.

Goodell makes $40,000,000.00 a year.

Riiiiight. Like a judge in New York City is going to be a Patriots fan. Try thinking before you post.

Obie, the butt-hurt haters are out in force today. It’s amazing the amount of ignorance about this case here. I understand it’s not their team so they wouldn’t invest any time in it, but why they comment about it, and just make themselves look like fools is beyond me.

Riiiiiight. You keep telling yourself that.

Rook, catch up to the facts please. It’s been determined (quite awhile ago) that the balls were NOT deflated beyond the legal limit.

Sorry Max, you’re wrong…again. Of course the court has jurisdiction over businesses when they have unfair labor practices.
 September 4, 2015 at 12:05am
Sorry Hoosier. It was Brady, and a LOT of other quarterbacks in the NFL including Rogers, and Manning. Get your facts strait.
September 4, 2015 at 12:03am
The amount of ignorance of this case on this site is astounding. I understand that fans of other teams haven’t followed the case very closely…why would you? But for the love of God, stop commenting on something you know nothing about! Brady and the Patriots were obviously the target of a smear campaign by the league. The more the facts came out (such as , the balls were never deflated more than what would happen naturally in those weather conditions) the more the NFL’s case fell apart. Until it finally came to the point where the judge said he was throwing the entire thing out!

Yes, and those trills are a clever way of using a natural “auto tune”. You just kind of surround the key knowing the correct note is in there somewhere.
