  Drave; you sound as if you know of what you speak but, then you should know all weapons/guns are to be treated as loaded, and with the bolt closed to confirm condition it is indeed loaded. As far as his finger you as it’s off the trigger, I say it on. Nevertheless, nanny Bloomberg has put this out to convey responsible gun ownership and none of the visual is supporting this…..

  Ghost, not to nitpick but, with the very wide definitions used by the powers that be yes, a revolver could be considered auto-loading as in….. “pull” the trigger bang, reset pull the trigger again the cylinder rotates with next cartridge.
