  It’s when politicians lose an election and can’t believe they lost or can’t believe they are not in office. W had it and it took his wife two years to convince him that he was not the president.

  W still calls Putin (Putie Pute) on the phone and goes over nuclear disarmament. Laure has adjusted with the syndrome.
