The BLM movement, Farrakhan's call for the murder of police, and even the statements from Comrade Commissar Obama are enough justification to be extremely cautious when dealing with all blacks at all times.

Most never resold druge. If your cought with more then a certain amount. The law automatically assumes your a dealer. And charges you disbight the fact you never sold any…also look up what is considered a large amount. I bet your thinking a 20 lbs brick of pot. But in fact it’s more like 7 joints
 October 7, 2015 at 1:39pm
Thank you. I bet all the nay Sayers never worked in a jail like I did. You don’t haft to sell drugs to be charged as a dealer. Just be cought with 7 joints. One a day. And the law automatically assumes you intend to sell. And you will be charged as if you where a major drug dealer….. Also. I’m not talking about people that drink a glass of wine with dinner. Their are alot more people that drink a hole bottles or six pack every day. And that will not send you to jail

That’s a ccw that need his license revoced and gun taken away. A ccw is only to defend your self or someone else’s life is in danger. Your not a cop
Cops are not allowed to shoot the tires of a shoplifting suspect either.

Wow 15 second over the speaking limit and your arrested. And they call that resisting arrest. We have the ordacity to call ourselfs a free country that has freedom of speech…. Then they wander why people start taking to arms. O that right they want to disarm the people to I wander why
You can bet he was saying things they didn't want aired in public. That is when they follow their minutes rules. If it was a citizen talking about planting flowers around the court house they could talk for way longer.

Going to rock the boat here but I used to work at a jail and we had dozens of inmates with multi year sentences for simple drug possession it was a waste of time and money to have them there….. not only wear their non violent and very easy inmate to deal with most of their lives are ruined forever because after they get out it is impossible for them to find a good job to support themselves and it stay on the system pretty much for the rest of their lives because they smoked a couple joints or did some drugs when they’re on their teens or 20…. meanwhile you can drink as much booze as you want and there’s nothing wrong with that…… as long as alcohol stays legal I will never understand some of our drug laws
What does someone have to do to go to prison for drugs...sell them? You didn't rock the boat...If what you say is true
When do we start the petition to let the “non-violent” Bernie Madoffs of the world out?
I agree, drinking a glass of wine is the equivalent to smoking a rock of crack....oh, wait....
These criminals were not locked up for "smoking a couple of joints in their 20s," they were locked up for narcotics distribution, a very VIOLENT profession to be in. I guess you believed Obama's "one joint" straw man he built.
It's hard to imagine this administration doing the right thing at all, however this is the right thing to do.
The "war on drugs" has cost billions, accomplished nothing positive and gave us mandatory sentencing. Putting someone in jail for the rest of their life for selling pot and putting a child molesting scumbag in jail for 11 years doesn't make any sense to rational people.
And thinking like that is part of the disease infecting our correctional system and country. YOU DO NOT GET MULTI-YEAR SENTENCES FOR SIMPLE POSSESSION. It must have been of sufficient quantity to be for distribution or a repeat offender, either of which BELONG IN PRISON.
common sense has no business in this core tenant of conservatism....
Withdraw the federal government from the drug issue? Ha, most of these people claim to be against the federal govt and FOR state/local government - but their actions speak otherwise.

Her story is the main reason why don’t participate in organized religion anymore…. now I know everybody’s going to jump to the conclusion then I’m an atheist but I’m not, i still believe in God and the Bible I just cannot handle all the different religions worshiping the same God tell me I’m doing it wrong
No, you don't fellowship with others in church because you have a rebellious spirit.
I felt the same way for a while so I have a lot of respect for people like you. I worked at two Christian camps and the behavior there was just awful. My college was better and the administration was better when it came to Christian behavior but many of the students there were just awful not advocating Christian living at all.
As STAY said below its all part of mans sinful nature
It's ok, as infant Christian, I too question things. However, just feeling the power of GOD in my life now is bigger than the galaxy. If I'm doing it wrong,.....GOD will let me know, just like he came for me this time.
You do know how to read, don't you?
The Bible is exact. Read it yourself.
There is only one church.
Besides different religions by definition are not
Why would you let others influence you to not worship God?
I get what you are saying because I have observed some of the most hypocritical behavior coming from people who attend church regularly. No expert, but here is my take on it. Church or organized religion is the way for Christians to be taught the gospel, commune with each other, fortify their faith, assist others when needed, and participate in social activities that adhere to religious teachings. 'Where two or more are gathered together' does imply that individual Christians are not to be 'islands'.
Not going to church because there are flawed people with problems there is like refusing to go to the hospital because it's full of sick people. The purpose of going to church isn't to be entertained or given some nugget of wisdom, it's to encourage and be encouraged by other Christians struggling through the same problems and temptations you are. The purpose of going to church is to worship God (the way He wants to be worshipped and not just whatever way makes you feel good) and serve your brothers and sisters in Christ. Unless you understand that, you'll never experience the richness and blessings of a life lived for Christ. According to the Bible (i.e. God), you're currently doing it wrong:
"And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more as ye see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Sounds like you're becoming a Quaker.
And this is how you get the various religions, minor differences for the most part that can't be reconciled.

Wow you mean you’re not going to fire them for breaking protocol and then give them a ticket for not having the baby in a car seat and then possibly arrested them for child endangerment for not having a baby in a carseat…. after all that is the law. It’s a good thing they don’t work for Walmart they would have been fired by now

this type of law is right up their with zero tollarance rules if you read the law …”It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly disrupt or interfere with the operation of any public school, public school bus, or public school bus stop as designated by local school boards of education. Any person violating this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature. “…. and take it to its logical suluation you can be huled off to jail for anything. if you disagree with the school in any way technialy your are brakeing the law. the laws need to be repealed
