  The rule of law states we parents are responsible for our children until the age of 18. I’m curious if this dim-wit believes this means the community is now responsible? If so, she should not live in my community, for I will accept no responsibility for her children, especially since she is such an idiot and does not understand how to raise a child as her own. If she has children and they do anything wrong, try telling the judge the whole community is responsible! LOL
