  Concealed carry means just that … concealed. In some states, if the wind blew your coat open and your gun was exposed, you could be charged with “brandishing” a firearm. Open carry just makes it a little less ridiculous. In my state, (which has open carry), I’ve only seen two people actually carrying a fully exposed pistol.

  The article never defines sin. Most everyone has a mental list of things THEY think are wrong, or sinful, and that list becomes a list of sin for them. Some people have drinking alcohol and dancing on that list and some don’t. When I’m trying to decide whether something is sinful, I ask myself that if by doing, or not doing some action … do I reflect God’s nature? In other words, can I picture God doing the action I’m imagining? Having learned about common homosexual practices, I can NOT see God participating. Do I hate homosexuals? No, no more than I hate drunks, liars, thieves, gluttons, haters, sloths, adulterers and people who do all the others things that I can’t see God doing (pretty much everybody). God’s standard is PERFECTION and we are all imperfect. We would all be up a creek, were it not for God’s gift of righteousness. A gift that was/is totally undeserved. Be kind and remember where you came from.

  Actually, if I were a criminal, the map is useful as a list of to AVOID. All the other houses without the dots appear to be gun free zones, making it unlikely there will be any deadly resistance.

  From my experience as pot smoker in the 60′s and 70′s, it makes you a spectator. After toking up, my friends and I spent an awful lot of time just watching TV, being totally introspective and self-absorbed. I don’t think it should be illegal, but just because something is permissible doesn’t mean it’s profitable.

  “heat of the battle”? All she did was stumble out of her car! If, at 90 pounds and, 5 foot something she managed to threaten this rather large policemen, he needs to go get a checkup. The other half of this story is the cop obviously has low T (testosterone).
