@takem…you and Natural have no faith in the people. Our system isn’t run by dictators it’s run by the people. While you natural sat back and didn’t vote for however long, America fell apart on our watch. Now, you scream for the populist who speaks of ignoring the constitution to rule by himself. Trump’s 75-minute speech should have opened up your eyes.
If you haven’t read or studied history this is exactly how Germany, USSR, China, and most recently Venezuela asked in their new leaders when things were going south in those countries.
Only arrogance, ignorance will excuse this won’t happen in “America.”
If you are afraid of Hillary or losing your constitutional rights under her or anyone who demands the power to change things on his or her own, Ben Franklin quote was written for people just like you…. “Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor security.”
The people own this country and when those who want the government or one man to take care of them decide to stand up and fight for the individual rights granted to us all every day from this point forward, we will have the government we deserve.

@Natural….obviously, for the first time in your life you jumped into the political process. It’s the only reason for your moronic comment about Cruz. Why don’t you do some of your own homework (instead of gulping 2nd, 3rd, 4th word of mouth) going back just 4 years and show me one….ONE…non conservative issue Ted Cruz was on the wrong side of….ONE!

Barry Soetoro bringing the world together!

The more Trump opens his mouth the more afraid I am of him and his tactics! Why would a so-called conservative bash a solid proven constitutionalist conservative extraordinaire?
    Answer…Trump isn’t a conservative!!

Your words prove to me you don’t have morals and are willing to vote for a person without them.
Ted Cruz is the only person who proves time and time again he does!

Absolute proof Trump is a Progressive. Why would any conservative want to try and remove the absolute best conservative in congress in many, many years?

To all Trumpeters…If you missed the drooling, and complete acceptance of Pence on MSNBC…go look it up…they’re with you! Doesn’t that make you wonder?
How about Laura Ingram Trump today….she’s all over Ted Cruz. Does she sway in the breeze like Donny!

In 1984, zero (0) Delegates voted for another candidate at that convention. Even Bob Dole in the 90′s garnered 51 votes against the GOP prince. In 2016 there are 885 votes for another candidate. This is unprecedented.
The GOP (desperate and governing from behind, as usual) splits and adds dissension (like the Democrats God platform vote 4 years ago) on Monday when they gave an opaque nod to the “yea’s.”
They could have united the party had they put the roll call vote to the floor. If Trump is the man, let the people decide. Instead, the GOP put a known chairman who is deaf to yeas and nays, and again, by a top-down management style tell you who to vote for. These sheep booed Ted Cruz!
Ted Cruz will not conform to top-down GOP demands. I don’t understand why people are mad at him when he is the only candidate who has stood long before Donald Trump arrived for every issue important to them.
Ted Cruz, alone, taking all the heat in Congress trained Donald Trump to the relevant issues of the day. He set the narrative.
Trump, like the good TV reality star he is, exploited Ted Cruz’s platform. The national media desperate for ratings ignored the issues when Ted fought for them, but ran full speed when the reality star spoke them .
If the angry people don’t wake up to the proper democratic process soon, we lose our country, not to Democrats or Republicans, but to Tyrants already in place who have removed their masks.

With the conservative voice now commanding respect in the media and social media, Pence’s boring, typical, RINO prepared speech stood out like a bad toenail. Every bone in my body ached to listen to the same ole’ same ole’ quota speech this progressive, Common Core loving RINO Governor bloviated.
