Lying democraps keep forgetting about those cameras when they deny recorded history!

Please remember everyone, there is a time and a place to argue with a cop if you feel you have been treated wrong. And that place is in court. It always amazes me that some people think they will “win”(whatever that means) a confrontation with a cop on the street. You will not win on the street. Go to court and win there. That is the place to show everyone how right you are and how wrong the cop was. And if you were right and the cop was wrong, it will come out and you will be vindicated. Funny how that system works/snark/. Just stupid.
and this case is exactly why I am a huge fan of body cameras
You can try to convince a cop to not write you a ticket. But being a bitch is not a good way to do that. Must have studied under Obama to see how to negotiate.
I am sorry but the body of evidence does not support your claim that resolution of a dispute with a law enforcement employee in a court room will provide anything other than the designed outcome; the state approving of the state doing the states business. In this case, a body cam does expose this woman as arrogant and self entitled. It was interesting to watch since her personality attributes are most often attributed to law enforcement employees.
first question.........is it against the law to argue with a cop? seriously? is there a law that says you cannot speak in self defense to a cop?
does a person lose their constitutional rights when detained by a cop for a traffic citation?
does opening a velcro safety vest warrant a face plant and cuffs on an obviously weaker woman?
look.the problem is a lack of respect on both sides of the badge. the millennial cop thinks that all must obey, and common sense and community has no part, and the millennial perp thinks they are entitled to do as they please, as long as they blame it on a republican.
my dad was a cop for 28 years. i spent alot of my teen years doing ridealongs.
i saw, and heard the difference between good 1's and bad 1's.
usually, the difference was fear of the job.
little guys with an attitude that thought everyone was guilty. cops that would have the story of the week for chasing a guy for 20 minutes, then beating his azz when they caught him, becuz they had to work for the arrest.
a guy had an epic chase through a neighborhood and multiple houses, he finally caught the guy, handcuffed him to a power pole, and beat the snot out of him.
because he is just like some of the people on this site. sick people with a black and white answer for everything..............just sayin
an example, a kid with obvious mental problems pretended to be military on a college campus. my response to his lack of law breaking drew this response from the

I really don’t see a problem with this. Spend the money to be “California compliant”. Then charge California 4 times the cost everyone else in the country pays for eggs. Problem solved and make even more money from those idiots on the left coast

I get the idea of using shock to garner attention. But it seems like more and more the only “shock” these entertainers can come up with is more sexualized dance moves. apparently, they really do lack the talent to come up with something interesting and unique to make most of us want to care about their art. Sad state for the artistic world if you ask me
Exactly. And notice how the FATTEST states in this country are all red states. I see them lined up to these types of places everyday. Kind of like swine lined up to the feeding trough to get their slop.
@roguecrap aka encinom.
Says the obese 16 years old......
"Kind of like swine lined up to the feeding trough to get their slop."
How could you mistake brainwashed liberals for Chick-Fil-A customers?
And THIS from a couple of Collectivist Statists.
So all Pigs are equal but some Swine are more equal than others?
Hey Obama-istan, The Fattest States in the US serve Da "Soul Food". Last I looked over 90% of African Americans voted for Obama. Does not sound like an area of "Red" to anyone with a brain. You may want to do a little research before you open the clap-trap.
We all know why you hate Chik-Fil-A. Has nothing to do with there food and everything to do with the owners not supporting your "Life Style".
Mexico beat out the US in fattest country.

As a Police Officer in myself, I question your post on so many levels. You state “just as regular civilian’s they shot innocent people also” and then you say you work in LE. If that was the case, wouldn’t you say “We” shot innocent people also”? Private businesses have a right to refuse service, even to police officers. However, real police officers live by a certain code. I live by that code. On duty or off duty. We believe in respect for others, treat others how we want to be treated, and FIRMLY believe in the constitution and restraints on the government (the cops). I have reservations about your belief in that code. You are either a troll or are woefully ignorant of the world around you.

Ladies and gentlemen. I do not speak for all Law enforcement but I do know for a fact that many feel the same way I do. I took an oath to support and defend the constitution which includes the 2nd amendment. I will NOT participate in disarming the public. I will refuse any unlawful order that furthers that cause. Period! Now what, gun grabbers? people in LE are not drones. We generally don’t like being told what to do especially if it is against what we stand for. Good luck disarming the public when there are hundreds or thousands of LE and military defecting and turning our back on the government too

If I needed money to buy a car, I am going to go to a bank/credit union. (btw, I pay cash for cars, but that’s another topic) That financial institution will never take the risk of losing it’s $30k it loaned to me if I wreck my car without some sort of guarantee they will get their money back when I stop paying them because my car is wrecked. Or for that matter, take a house for instance. There is way too much risk of giving me a $300,000 loan to buy a house if it could burn down and then they are out all the money. Insurance is about spreading risk. I like the idea of doing business with a mutual company, that is, one that the policy holders are the owners of the company, not stock holders like the way Progressive Insurance does business.
Without insurance, our system would completely collapse. Not defending bad companies but without insurance, banks would not lend money. No one would be able to buy a car much less a home or business.

Where do I begin…As a current police officer, I can assure you that I am not here to “do the bidding of criminal politicians and to soak the public of their money” I serve my community honorably as best I can within the confines of the law. An OVERWHELMINGLY large percentage of Officers are conservative family people who believe in the law and small government. I want nothing more than to leave people alone to live their lives. Some poeple are criminals and do criminal things. That is who I am concerned with focusing my attention. I am not a part of any union nor do I ever want to be. I get paid a reasonable salary with a modest retirement, as most police officers do. If you do not want me or people like me to do what we do, then fire all of us and see how that works out. You sir, are an idiot

While I certainly can understand your position on this, I would just like to point out that many many times cops are told to do these sorts of things by their bosses who were told by the chief who was told by a city administrator/council member etc…I absolutely abhor bothering people for this sort of thing but if it is “technically” illegal, then I do not have a choice to enforce it. Especially if it comes from above me. Change the law. Don’t try to punish me for enforcing it by posting my personal information for some whacko to come try to harm me or my family. This does nothing but further exploit the “us vs them” mentality

I nominate Nancy Pelosi. I think she would make a great wife to these fine gentlemen.
I second that. Can I give her hand in marriage to about a hundred of these barbarians?
Michelle needs a dose too.
Don't forget Debby Wassy-Schultz .. let them listen to her ... and they will kill themselves!
They would only take Pelosi to service their camels. I hear blowing camels keeps them calm at night. Pelosi would be great at it, though I imagine the camels would have to close their eyes and think about baseball to get through it.
Send Debbie Wasserman Schultz over there. She deserves a black Burka over her face.
I would think the Gloria's would be game...Steinem and Alred...
@ DUBLINTHEWAGONS- I agree, Michelle Malkin needs to be nominated too.

Feel free when you get sick to go though that government teet drive thru and see how that works out for ya. You might want fries with your colonoscopy and believe me, that is exactly what you will get. Bare minimum care. no thank you, I’ll be happy to pay for the services I receive. That is exactly what this law will create. a two tier system. the poor will have to use the drive thru.

I am very disappointed with the blaze on this article. At first I was outraged after reading this but the I found out there is much more to this story
Went ahead and read the freedomphoenix.com article...
At one point in the article, writer, Dave Hodges, states, "The American public needs to be very concerned about zoning regulations which limit one's right to engage in the practice of their faith. Certainly, the former Soviet Union legislated many churches out of existence through the use of zoning".
The Blaze is bringing this particular issue to our attention. The semantics and petty city ordinances are not the underlying problem. But, the writer does say that he argued with a neighbor and some were annoyed. Who cares? Four and half acres is a lot of property surrounding 15-20 people and few cars, so I contend the neighbors are being ridiculous and finding reasons to get rid of him.
Correction..."are the problem"...meaning, it leads to the bigger issue which is the violation of religious liberties through regulations by local officials who are overreaching. I believe that is what The Blaze is ultimately trying to report here.

“our goal is to be self reliant, self sufficient, and detached”. Yeah right, as long as you have other peoples money and support. Idiots
