@Turkey13, There is no such firearm as “assault weapon”. The term was coined by politicians and incorporated into the language by the media. Every time I hear that term, I know whos’ ques the speaker(writer) follows.

Hmmm,… What could that “among these” thing mean? Could it mean that Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness are not the sole residents of this list? That the list is not exclusive of other rights to be named at a later date?
