  When hurricane Hugo was closing in on us in Charleston, SC in 1989, the Police Chief Rueben Greenberg reportedly told his officers to not take any prisoners found looting during the storm. Just knock them in the head and leave them lay. There was VERY little looting.

  That is really SAD. What a bunch of ignorant students. How did they ever get to college, and God help us if they are the smart ones.
  I am beginning to believe that maybe voters should have to take a test to be able to vote, and part of the test should be on current world, national, financial, and political events. Part of it should be questions like what is on a Civil Service Exam, and how our government is SUPPOSED to work, and how it actually does.
