  i believe the restaurant stood their ground! and the Police listened to both sides and sided with the restaurant and the wait staff! i believe that all that doubt the Police, are speculating the situation! the Police were there and you all that disagree were not.

  i was not there and do not know any of the situation but i believe if the police were called.and the police sided with the restaurant,i will side with the Police! most of the Police are just there to resolve the issue!

  with respect to the patrons, the wait staff makes a little over $2 an hour and are taxed on all tickets with or without a tip! and some patrons make up their mind before they ever sit down to eat whether or not they will tip the wait staff! i will always give the wait staff the benefit of the doubt! these situations are few and far between. i personally believe these patrons don’t tip properly at anytime!

  I wounder if they were cold and started a fire to keep warm? and then the smell was so pleasant they decided to investigate the source of the pleasant smell! just thinking it might be an accident! they did have alot of time on their hands in the past!
