  • Good for him and all the others that came in with the same shirt, who says there’s no hope for our youth?

  • If they try to take my guns, I will go to jail first. If everyone that owned a gun did that we would win. Not enough jails to hold us.

  • I’m Long Island and I voted for Romney. Who was the idiot that said get the government involved?! We have crews from Texas and Minnasota helping to repair lines. My family was prepared, we were out of power for a week and it was an annoyance and nothing else…IT’S AN ISLAND! If you live here and don’t prepare for storm damage you have no one to blame but yourself. I liked the test to see how ready I was…needed a few tweeks but basically we were good…we are better now and even more prepared for the next disaster. It has always amazed me that people build feet from the water and than whine when the homes get washed away. If you have insurance…there ya go…move on…if not…you get what you deserve.

  • If this agenda moves forward, we will have given up our right of free speech, end of discussion.
I have only two words for Mr. Morsi: BITE ME!

  • As a former Marine, I have two words for you Mr. Morsi:

    BITE ME!

  • I agree, this is the second story in recent times I have read that has sensationalized a story and put an unrealistic spin on it. Shame on Scott Baker, I expect more from the blaze….
Scott, don’t turn the blaze into the NY post, do not sell out truth for hits on the web….
    Get back to honest reporting.

  • I studied Christianity for 50 years before I chose to follow my Jewish roots, I will say once I read the Chumash (Hebrew bible), I was amazed and angered by the poor translations of my NIV bible. That being said, the story presented above with Adam pointing a finger at Eve is actually very close to Hebrew translation according to the Sages. Regardless, I would prefer a good translation over a good story and feel there is too much room for error here…I’ll take the Torah anytime.

  • Maybe this would be of interest to the averge sheeple of America, but if you are a blaze reader, you already know Obama is a liar…so where’s the story here??? Move on….lets find out what we DON’T know about him and work on THAT, let’s find out what his plans are to destroy our country and work on THAT….move on…I just don’t care about this minor crap anymore. I think it’s being used to veer people away from more important issues

  • I’m all for free speech but I’m not sure this video accurately reflects what is going on. You get only brief glimpses of the signs they are carrying…when I was able to pause and glance at what I could…calling the muslims thieves and robbers?? Just because it’s scripture doesn’t make it appropriate for every situation. They are protesting because the festival is mostly muslim?? I see a few people in traditional garb, but most were as best I could tell secular…females with no head covering, men without head covering….
From what I can see from this video, these “Christians”, were demeaning the faith of anyone who isn’t Christian. I’m not proud to see Christains act in such a way. The people throwing things were no better but I think the headline on this video is sensationalism at is best and I expect more from the blaze.
I’m not seeing the victims that they do…on EITHER side.

  • A reply to ProudJew:
I’m sorry your Mom had some bad experiences with Orthodox Jews, but she gave you wrong information. Orthodox Jews do not feel that reform or whatever are not Jews, it is all about the level of observance…albeit there are some sects of Hassidum that feel they are superior, they represent a very small percentage of orthodox Jews, and in fact they are breaking Jewish law with that attitude. Level of observance is a choice of every Jew…I doubt I will ever reach the level of observance of a Hassid, but I can certainly respect the dedication and work that goes into it and would never think less of a Jew who was not at MY level of observance. Sometimes I think we are our own worst enemy…so much discrimination amongst us. If we instead concentrated on what we all have in common as Jews…spend our lives earnestly working to attain the highest level of observance that each of us as individuals can obtain…and recognizing that the level is different for everyone…respecting the sacrifice and hard work of those that are more observant and being tolerant and supportive of those that are at a lesser level would go a long way to bringing us all together. Please consider visiting a Chabad Torah class and meeting a Hassid that will give you a different picture of what your Mom experienced. I’m sure there is one near you…check Chabad.org
