This is how it was way back when, and this is how it should have been all along. Get the government out of what services doctors must provide and which services insurance companies must cover. The same thing should happen with minimum wage. Do away with it and let employers and employees decide what a fair wage is and watch prices for everything fall. Throw in eliminating welfare and it’s a two’fer.
