This is horrible Calvinism, and to a lesser degree Lutheranism as well. The Arminian position is clear: man chooses and when he chooses evil he gives in to the Satanic force.. Either way, autonomy is devalued in the West. So they want an excuse, biology, environment, or guns. Although no one is determined to do such…at least we hope not. God allows evil. Sounds odd? How about chance? It is clear in the natural order, with disease and natural disasters.
