They want to teach critical thinking and understanding of the Bill or Rights? Well, here’s an assignment: Ask the students to think critically about new “rights or amendments” (if any) to be added to the Bill of Rights to PREVENT the government from intruding into Americans’ lives. Furthermore, elaborate with conceret examples of instances where the government has underminded the Bill of Rights for political gain.
This is what the school district should assign IF they stand with the Bill of Rights. After all, the Bill of Rights was designed to keep the government out of the peoples’ lives. So making a case for them would be more in-line with our understanding of the Bill or Rights.

There’s no way anyone can spot that. It was obviously started at Wendy’s and spread…

We have these idiots all over Canada! I live in Canada and this is martial law! I totally agree. America – this is your future…stop before you get to this point.

I don’t have a problem with this because the guy is standing up for his principles (even if his principles might be wrong to some). This is what we want and need. Would we like it if Glenn was forced to open a studio in California? I bet not. Or bakeries being forced to make cakes for gay marriages? I bet not. All-in-all we must stand up for our principles and not be bullied by anyone in order to meet some objective.

I pretty much listen to him everyday on radio and Blaze TV and I think he says “I DON’T care if I lose everything”…no?

What’s really amazing is that the POTUS comes out and throws his 2 cents for this filibuster. Where was he during Rand Paul’s filibuster for ACTUAL civil rights? For your right NOT to be killed by the government using a drone. This president is not interested in civil rights at all, he rather see his ideology advance.

Soon you and I will be as well.

Geeze, sounds like Afghanistan when the US trained the mujaheddin to fight against the Russians. I remember how we’ll that turned out! It only produced Osama bin Laden. When will we ever learn?? The enemy of my enemy is NOT my friend!

Sorry Ted, but I think it’s a punishment listening to that guy for 1 hour. Pure torture. I was watching the food network.

I would LOVE to see Glenn do a 10minute dialogue on this moron and expose him for EXACTLY who he is. A bigot, homophobe, race-batting, sexist, narcissistic swine. Please do it, Glenn!!

Anyone think Glenn will sign her as part of his network? He said big announcements will be coming soon. Is this one if them?

Yes Colin, weren’t you a Republican?… You’re black, right? Btw: is Rubio white? Is Jindal white? Is Love white? Is West white? Is Cain white? These are just off the top of my head. Shame on you, Colin,

I think the point of this debate should be centered around freedom of speech. People should be able to defend “traditional” marriage without being called homophobic, bigots, etc. As well, people should be able to defend same-sex marriage. We should not silence one group in order to support another – this, I believe is un-American. Unfortunately, too many people now-a-days argue important issues by bashing thier opponent.

Sounds like Anderson is auditioning for Fox News. This is the type of journalism we need; for both sides.

I’m no rich person, believe me. BUT, it’s unbelievable to me to think that people agree with Buffett. I applaud him for making his money and adhering to his investment philosophy – adopted from Benjamin Graham. But one thinks that Graham would be rolling in his grave hearing Buffett talk like this.

My problem: Buffet, if you want to pay more in taxes because you are “mega-rich”, write a check to the government – Simple. How may times have you done this? Never? So it leads to the question of why have you not volunteerly sent your hard-earning money to the IRS? Is it because you don’t want to UNLESS you are forced? If so, is FORCING someone against their will the way a republic works?

The mega-rich don’t pay their fair share?
FACT: Top 0.1% (making > $2.3m) pay 13% of all federal tax collection
FACT: Top 20% (making > $104k) pay 67% of all federal tax collection
FACT: Remaining 80% (making < $104k) pay 33% of all federal tax collection
THIS is what is wrong with the tax system! Enforce a flat-tax and watch the country prosper. What we are doing to the top segment of the population is flat out immoral!

Buffett has turned from a well-respected investor into an idealogue. It's sad. Again, I admire his investment insights but I do not agree with his principle of taxing the rich.

    @macaframa3:
why do you keep replying or posting on here?? you must be one of those soros funded, left-wing, communist, one-world order blogger sitting in your mom’s basement that glenn always talks about. you dont see me going to media matters (again, soros funded, left-wing, communist, one-world order website) to refute what they say. you care soo much about our opinions that you can’t let it go. you are so desparate to change ppl’s view points that you can’t stand not replying to a post. we will pray for you and hopefully it’s not too late.

Logo looks close enough that Fox can sue. Nevermind though cause it will go out of business faster than you can say Man-Bear-Pig.
