  Dan Savage should be the most hated man in America by his foulness, but because of the media sycophants he is treated like a celebrity. Is it no wonder society is in the shape it resembles today, the media has become the lapdog of people like Dan and Maher, versus a watchdog calling them out on their distaste. The media does nothing more than glorify evil as good and good as evil because of intolerance and morality. I am really starting to believe we all need to kill our television sets or cancel our cable/tv services and just utilize self-guided apps like netflix/hulu instead of what is fed to us, plus we won’t be feeding the beast of it’s resources/reach. We’ve been de-sensitized to the programming of sin as a society. We cancelled television services a few years ago when my kids started school, and it’s nice to see they don’t relate to other kids on things like ‘gangnam style’ and the constant sexual language that TV perpetuates. Plus, they do more drawing and lego play than most kids their age.

  When Rand mentioned moss covered GOP, he was talking about you time2. A return to personal freedom and economic freedom, not a Rick Santorum supporting Jerry Sandusky goon who would tell you he believes freedom isn’t necessary as the government is capable of instituting morality, versus letting people making their own decisions. I’ll take the latter.

  A pulse weapon is simply a high voltage, low current oscillator much like a Tesla coil that would shoot the potential (like a lightning bolt) in the air and would couple on anything that had an area to reach some capacitance or a path to ground (lightning bolt). Ever rubbed your feet on carpet in the dark and see a small blue spark/shock? This is a low current high voltage potential – like a vandegraph generator. We’ve had oscillators since the late 1800′s with Tesla. Everything electronic these days has an oscillator, the processor in your computer oscillates between 2-3GHz, the ethernet connection on your computer oscillates around 100MHz- same as FM frequencies. The wireless router in your house oscillates around 2.4 GHz and 5-6GHz frequencies. AM frequencies simply oscillate in the KHz range. So saying a pulse weapon in 1940 was used is by no means a ridiculous statement. All oscillators could be considered a ‘pulse’. But the story most likely is bunk and the military was probably experimenting with technology it wanted to stay classified due to the national security/warfare situation the country was in then. I can’t imagine how bad it is now with the warfare of today and understanding of electromagnetic weaponry.

  I personally could not listen to Rush after about 2007 or so as he was just a blind neocon. He should have simply applauded ICE-T for speaking out – as this is truly how many feel. I find it funny that most conservatives I know believe we’re living in a time of socialism, when they can’t smell the fascism surrounding them on their daily lives. Government and big business in bed together on insurance, health care, foreign wars for continued profits to the blackwater/halliburton/MIC franchises, local government monopolies and pension funds, TSA police state, bailouts and while the people are barely surviving with increased costs on food, healthcare, transportation, underwater homes/mortgages that they are bogged down with. It’s a complete mess. While I am 100% against any government run service, our government spends so much blood, money and energy being the policeman of the world it’s destroying our society. My children, a daughter who is 10 and 2 younger children have not known a day without war in this country. I’m continually amazed how conservatives are propagandized into sacrificing their wealth and children for this worthless warmongering and build-up of the police state. Democrats – (socialists) see the fascism, but instead of any semblance of self reliance and reverence for liberty would sacrifice the remaining productive parts of society, which destroys any future this country has. I want liberty. Rush is part of the problem with his ditto-head cult.

  Watch me write him in them. I don’t see any difference between the two fascists running now: Romney and Obama. I won’t be voting for a damned fascist. Romney is nothing more than a wall street groupie who gives lip service to liberty, when he will undoubtedly sponsor more corporate welfare and continuing to bankrupt the country. You think you really have a choice? You have the guy who built the template for state run healthcare versus the guy who sponsored national healthcare. Both are fascists, totalitarianists, control freaks, and both will do everything they can to make sure the wars continue and the treasury borrows more money from the federal reserve.

  LOL — Romney being the “White Obama”. That is priceless. Obama/Romney = Socialized Medicine, Obama/Romney = Backers of the Fed, Obama/Romney = support NDAA/Patriot Act, Obama/Romney = GOLDMAN SACHS candidates. Ron Paul is now winning the state conventions, so don’t be amazed when the convention melts down and the GOP suspends their own convention because Paul has 2/3rds of the delegates there.

  @COUS – Amen to what you said. I’ve been very quiet here for some time, and the usual agitators just don’t seem to give up. I’d say their dedication to follow-the-statist-neocon-bash-paul Radio hosts, News hosts and other irrational so called ‘Christian Leaders’ who love war are more to blame for this country’s downfall into selective constitutionalism and loss of liberty than any democrat communist. At least the democrats are fairly up-front that they love top-down government, redistribution, community property. So-called conservatives are enslaving themselves to the same top-down structure, with just a slightly modified version of it from religious leaders. My favorite is the those who display Fire Obama stickers on their cars while they supported Bush’s shredding of the constitution since 9/11 forward with bailouts, wars, expanded police state. We’re having fun here in California, I think we’re going to get 120 of the near 200 delegates for the good Dr. Many of us are working very hard to save a semblance of Liberty for our children’s future, the rest of the so-called conservatives are working towards electing the most milk-toast candidate (Romney) who is as stale, boring and polished up a a 1980′s Ken Doll. Liberty or Bust 2012.
